Great customer service
The room was huge!
The snowstorm that forced us to leave early :(

Oh yes I can we went down and asked some questions about some stuff in the room and the maintenance guy was very rude about it
Facility was spotless, staff was diligent and breakfast exceeded expectations. Coffee was particularly good.
Could not log into my streaming services on the TV. The only option provided to access streaming services required guests to "log into your Samsung account", which I don't have. You should not have to have a Samsung account to access Netflix! If I stayed at a VRBO it's guaranteed that I could access my Netflix account. Or just about any other hotel, for that matter. Annoying. By the way, when I tried to access a Samsung account, the message came up that the "Server is not responding." SO even if I had a Samsung account, it wouldn 't work. Not great. Also the TV picture was calibrated for a video game, not for actually wathing TV. The picture looked terrible. If you guys paid a little attention to setting up your TVs properly a lot of guests would have better stays.
Front desk young man was very helpful to us. Wet heavy snow cleared early to make it easy to leave.
Place was very clean
The Pool was COLD as well as the air in the pool room! Had to ask for Towels for the Pool! Didn’t like having carpeting in half the room but understand it may be for noise! Pool area was Small and would like a Hot Tub!
Shout to the staff members on Friday morning at 11AM - 12PM. From the moment I walked in the staff was just so welcoming and friendly. Also shout out to the gentleman working the night shift with long hair, always was friendly and greeting me everytime. You guys were awesome and also letting us check in earlier in our room was really nice of them. Thank you again for the clean room and hospitality.
Saturday the young girl working at the front desk did not even show any sign she likes working there. Never once said hello or good morning, which is surprising because all the staff on site were so welcoming.
The Spectrum TV guide and channels were not the best but that's about it.
Cleanliness, comfortable, location, and especially the friendly staff.
One family member found their bed to bed too hard and woke up with a sore back. But, no worries because a family member who lives in Sauk City brought over a mattress topper and she slept like a baby and woke with no back pain.

The pool water temperature was way too cold. They indicated our request to reserve a room near the pool hadn’t been received from Booking.com.
Parking area safe. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly. Very nice rooms, clean and well maintained. Great night sleep on a comfy bed.
