Breakfast was good and the room was a good size.

Cons:

The room could've been cleaner. If we had wanted to use the sofa bed, it would've been off limits. There were stains all over the sofa, food all under the sofa bed, food stuck on the wall around the sofa, pretty gross. There were also stains on the bed comforters, but those didn't have to be used.

Decent place to stay overnight
Pros:

Very clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The bed is very high, although comfortable once you're able to get yourself onto it. We had a queen suite with sofa and ottomans. One of the ottomans was broken but you couldn't tell until you went to use it. Rooms could use a little bit of freshening up. The tub spout in room 225 is crooked. A bit pricey.

the worst hotel experience i’ve had to date.
Pros:

absolutely nothing.

Cons:

it was extremely unclean. hairs on the bedding, huge stain on the couch cushion, stained bedding, and a pile of hair on the bathroom floor. we had to switch rooms and still ended up checking out early. some of the staff were nice, some were extremely rude and short with my sister and i. this place is a health code violation. i requested a refund for my stay seeing i didn’t stay there for 1 of the 2 nights i had booked and they have not been cooperative but at all. do NOT recommend.

Room was not clean, wash cloth looked like someone cleaned the floor with and folded it set it on top of the towels

The first room they assigned us the air did not work. Room was filthy grease all over the desk area. bathroom was dirty, floor was not clean. Looked like it was never cleaned after the previous people left.

Counter between chair and bed (dividing room) covered with sugar crystals. One lamp did not work. Poor selection for breakfast. Coffee pot and hot water never turned on or prepared for breakfast

Pros:

Room was spacious, good breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the towels and sheets had stains on them. I believe they had been washed/cleaned, but the presentation of them wasn't great.

Pros:

I liked the thick mattress but I’m short & it was hard to get on the bed. I liked the location.

Cons:

It took 2 rooms for us to find one where everything worked. The refrigerator & air conditioning didn’t work. The breakfast could have been better.
