Centra is a group of hotels around Thailand. It attached to a shopping centre therefore you have numerous options to eat and shop. Staff polite efficient. They had my reservation ready and I was on my way to the room within minutes

Nice but can be better. If you want to improve and compete with others, please add laundromat facility inside the hotel and replace toilet to be japanese toilets.

Beautiful, new property, big room, beautiful view, wonderful shower and bed. My only issue was that the lights in the bathroom are so dim. You can't see yourself very well when you are getting ready. Parking was connected with Central Mall. Hotel clients had access to a special area for parking.

日本のホテル並みの清潔感と高級感で満足な宿泊でした。特に屋上のインフィニティプールは最高でした(あまり大きくないので混んでると狭いが)。あと、センタラモールに直結していて雨でも濡れずに行けるのも便利で良かったです。
