Un séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel superbe où je reviendrai à chaque passage à Marrakech <3
Pros:

J’ai vraiment tout aimé dans cet hôtel : l’accueil est tellement chaleureux et le personnel absolument adorable. Les suites sont magnifiques et impeccables, le petit-déjeuner comme le restaurant sont un vrai plaisir. Et le spa… un moment de détente exceptionnel, je me suis sentie chouchoutée du début à la fin.

Cons:

Rien du tout, tout était parfait. Le séjour a été au-delà de mes attentes.

Pros:

I love this place, calm and you feel like you own the house thanks to the nice crew. Abderrahim and colleagues really made us welcome here! Thank you! But, everyone were very friendly with us even the cleaners. They listen to our wishes and fullfill them with a smile.
