First place to go to when in Lisbon. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Pros:

The extremely warm, welcome, friendly staff excellent location. It’s an amazing boutique, hotel beds comfortable we were given a view over the square which was amazing. Staff went above and beyond.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum. Familiär geführtes, kleineres Hotel mit freundlicher Atmosphäre. Sehr nette Betreuung durch das Personal an der Rezeption, welches mir einen Platz im Restaurant und einen Fahrer zum Flughafen besorgte. Zimmer klein, aber gemütlich. Gute Wahl für einen Wochenendbesuch in Lissabon.

A lovely hotel. It would have been better if a slightly wider room had been available for twin beds
Pros:

Excellent location. Very helpful staff especially Daniela. Smart decor.

Cons:

The breakfast facilities are limited by the fact that they don't belong to the hotel but staff did their best in rather cramped space.

Pros:

Desk staff was outstanding. They gave great touring and dining suggestions and helped me with technology issues.

Pros:

O quarto que fiquei, muito limpo, organizado, bastante espaço, confortável e tinha uma vista muito bonita. Eu gostei da localização, achei perto de vários locais que eu queria conhecer. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente.

Agréable hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs centres d'intérêt. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre est agréable. L'accueil est sympathique avec un petit verre de ginjinha et une pasteis de nata.

Cons:

La procédure de check-in est vraiment très très longue d'autant plus que nous étions cinq dans trois chambres. Je pense que le réceptionniste devrait, comme dans de nombreux hôtels, se contenter de photocopier les passeports et remplir ses papiers après nous avoir donné les clés. Cela dit, il était très sympathique donc nous ne nous plaignons pas trop !

Great stay, amazing hotel staff, lovey room, would recommend and stay again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for exploring the city and also for travelling to/from the airport. Room clean and comfortable with good amenities.

Cons:

Some noise from the street during the night but to be expected as right in centre of the city and we were there over a weekend and we had the window open.

Pros:

Great location. Helpful staff. We could get hot water for tea from the restaurant downstairs. Welcome port and pastel de nata. Fantastic view of the castle. Got a good price on Black Friday deal.
