Uitstekend ontbijt

We came for a short stay, and the hotel was exactly what we needed!
A spotless boutique hotel, beautifully designed with great taste. The reception team was wonderful and made us feel comfortable, as if we had arrived home!
The room was small, but well-organized and quiet, and had everything we needed. The shower was small as well, but very enjoyable and comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised, truly.
The hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, but in my opinion it deserves at least 4 stars.
Thank you very much, we will definitely come back again!

Gosto da localização do alojamento, mesmo no centro do Rossio, e de ter todos os serviços à volta, como restaurantes, lojas e comércio. Gostei do facto de, apesar de estar numa localização ruidosa, os quartos terem uma excelente insonorização.

The room was so comfortable and clean. Staff was so kind and helpful.

Friendly staff and lovely check in process with a free welcome drink and snack. Staff couldn’t do enough to help or make you feel at ease during this and your whole stay.
Room a good size and the aircon worked brilliantly.
Nice bathroom, comfy bed, a fridge to store your drinks in - all perfect for a city break!

We visited Lisbon for the first time and this location is excellent for this. Everything is within reach either by foot or by public transport (Rossio square is a hub with busses and metro close by). Note that Lisbon is hilly, so what seems like a brief walk on Google Maps is actually a steep walk in the heat. You will then love very efficient public transport with air condition.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming,
helpful and friendly. Everyone of them. We got a room overlooking the Rossio Square and with view of the castle, we slept like babies and couldn’t hear a sound through the windows. The rooms were small but nice, clean and modern.

Me encantó, llegué el 10 de junio del 2026 con un grupo. Fueron muy atentos, nos recibieron con una Copa de vino y Pastelitos de Belén. Super ricos!!! 👌 La ubicación excepcional. Y los tours se reunen en la plaza dell frente. El restaurante riquísimoo. 🥂

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting out and walking around. The Rossio Square in front of the hotel was a convenient pick up/drop off place for tours and Ubers. Grocery/Drug store convenient.

I feel I hit the jackpot when I booked this hotel. It has recently been renovated, our room was perfect, lovely clean new bathroom. The location is great, its so central to the Rossio area and the streets are flat all around it. I can not fault this hotel in any way but the truly exceptional asset this hotel has is their staff. From the day we arrived when were treated with Pastis de Nata to the day we left, every single staff member was helpful, cheerful and really seemed to care about us. Questions were always answered with a smile. We received 5* service. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Lisbon.

This hotel deserves a 4 star status! Amazing location right in the heart of the city, yet spacious and quiet, no loud city noise. Clean, modern and great service with the perfect restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel
