The hotel was in a great central location, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The room was modern, spotless and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and it made for a really enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.

O Hotel é bem localizado, limpo e o tamanho do quarto é satisfatório. O diferencial é o staff, todos os funcionários da recepção, limpeza etc, são extremamente atenciosos. Vale muito a pena. Qdo regressar em Lisboa, ficarei lá novamente.

The concierge was so nice! We were given a Portuguese tart and port wine on arrival. The room was clean and nice. Location was so convenient!!
It was pretty good and this is super minor but the room didn’t have any cutlery- not even a tea spoon
It was in a wonderful location to everything the city had to offer. It was down a quaint alley, which was a bit dirty, but the hotel itself was very clean.
Double check about transportation if you schedule it in advance. I booked transportation to the train station 2 months in advance, paid for it on our first night, and then no one came to get us.
