It was overpriced and was not staffed to an adequate level.
Pros:

The room was modern and decent.

Cons:

The check in process took over an hour and they did not have a room ready when I checked in. They made us wait in the lobby over an hour then allowed other people to check in and get their rooms before us as we waited over an hour.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms with a good location.
Pros:

Convenient location and our room was very spacious and nice. Nice large bathroom, Veiw of the port.

Cons:

Valet was necessary to park in that area. While the young man working the valet was very nice and accommodating, we did have to tip him every time we needed our car.

New comfortable hotel in convenient part of town
Pros:

Brand new hotel in excellent part of town and within walking distance of everything.
Lovely front desk service and whilst (as far as I can tell) hardly any rooms have any views we scored with one of the harbour. Room was super spacious and comfy.

Cons:

Overall we thought it was very expensive, though that seems to be norm in Portland in summer. Also they charge a $25 a day service extras charge for things you may or may not use but if you don’t use you lose it.. annoying. Just put the $25 in the rate

Place is “meh”.
Pros:

Location was safe. Rooms were large

Cons:

Breakfast not included in our room. Hotel bar/restaurant was barely open. Overpriced for services provided

A most enjoyable day in the heart of Old Portland.
Pros:

Comfortable room and a friendly staff made this a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

One elevator opened to the parking garage and the second did not. That took a little getting used to. Plus, it seems there weren’t many garage spaces reserved for hotel guests.
