Non c'era asciugacapelli in camera e quando l'abbiamo chiesto hanno detto che dovevano recuperarlo. C'è l'hanno consegnato dopo due ore. Sensazione di vecchiume in alcune parti comuni (ascensore).

Central location, valet parking next door, comfortable beds

Cons:

The airco at breakfast, it was really cold in there while the rest of the hotel was super hot. There were actually drops of condensation leaking from the airco shafts in the ceiling. And the loud music at breakfast was also a turnoff. Also the only working elevator was really small and super slow.

The place is very nice and the location is marvelous! It's in the center of the town and next to lots of stores

Cons:

The staff's attention was horrible, we have encountered this situation before, but I thought it was only one member of the staff, to my disappointment I could learn that it is mostly a corporative attitude. We were mistreated from our arrival to our check out.
I will never come back to this hotel, and to be honest, I travel a lot to Villahermosa
