El aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente siempre, aunque con un poco de ruido, que es lo único que creo podría mejorar, hacerlo menos ruidoso.

Que dice desayuno incluido y llegas y es solo agua, cafe fruta y pan, lo demas te lo cobran, entonces q especifiquen.q tipo de desayuno ofrecen, y q no lo incluye para los menores. No dan botellas de agua x ecologia, tienen garrafones en el pasillo desconectados los despachadores, mal.servicio
Muy buena ubicación
Me toco habitación 264 y huelen a drenaje entiendo que hace calor pero deberían poner tapas en el lavabo para evitar olores , en la habitación no se veía la tv solo se escuchaba pedi cambio de habitación y se tardaron 2 días en cambiarme de los 5 que fui hasta que me dije o me cambias o me haces devolución de la habitación y busco otro hotel
Relatively good value. Walkable to the bus station. Breakfast was basic but fine.
The whole hotel is a bit rundown and in need of an upgrade. It seems closer to 3 than 4 stars. The staff made no acknowledgement when we arrived to check in and left us waiting for maybe 10 minutes, with no apology. The receptionist was nice once she did, but it was just a bit strange.

El baño estaba escurriendo agua debajo del bote de basura. El cobertor olia feo, había cafetera pero no servicio de café.

El hotel está justo en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de varios atractivos turísticos, no puedo decir que está bien ubicado porque los alrededores son feos, no me sintí insegura pero no se puede salir de noche a caminar, muchos me recomendaron andar con cuidado en la zona. En Villahermosa hay zonas más bonitas. El hotel como la zona se ven viejos pero por dentro el hotel, en general está bien anque falta mucho mantenimiento, en el área del comedor habá muchas goteras.
La comida era buena, el desayuno, siempre es el mismo pero muy consistente. Pedí servicio a la habitación y todo bien, solo que tuve que bajar a hacer mi pedido porque en las extensiones marcadas nadie contestó, en el restaurant me dijeron que no eran esos números, había que marcar 0.
En general el personal es muy amable, sin embargo, les falta capacitación para dar indicaciones, además de contar con una señora déspota de chinos, es la más mayor del grupo, todos los comentarios anteriores al respecto de ella son verdad.
La habitación estaba de buen tamaño y siempre limpia.
La zona, el trato de una señora del personal, el poco mantenimiento en área de comedor y la alberca lucía sucia.
