Pros:

Beautiful grounds - terrible management! Been in hospitality business myself I see how much right management can do to bring this property to be top notch destination.
They forgot to mention that there is no elevator: how happy were you carrying 40 lbs bag on the second floor by narrow twisted stairs? Front desk had not even try to offer help. When I asked they told me it’s only women here.
I asked to split our blankets. Got lectured to order upon booking.
Bad restaurant. Overcrowded with groups, food at best mediocre.
Outdated everything: furniture, bathrooms..
Upon check out they insisted I must take there receipt. I told them there need for it and got another lecture about financial police!??
Will not recommend and never will be back.

Pros:

This is an absolute gem in the hillside of Tuscany. Close to Pisa, Siena, and Firenze, it's an oasis of peace and beautiful landscapes. The food is excellent, the accommodations convenient, comfortable, and functional, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will return if I have the opportunity!

Wonderful escape in Tuscany!
Pros:

The perfect getaway in Tuscany. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Great to relax by the pool, close to Florence, Siena and to all the charm and vineyards nearby. The staff were warm and welcoming, and offered great tips for activities.
