Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was spotless, a good size with a modern look. Bed was very large and super comfy. It's a little bit out of the centre but there is a metro station just 5 minutes away and only about 6 stops to the Arc de Triomphe. Ubers are quite cheap but traffic is bad so metro is usually quicker. Strange set up with the bar and reception all in one with very little space to enjoy a drink. Bakery and supermarket within a couple of minutes walk.

We visited as a family of four at the start of the month. Even though its a metro ride from the centre, its very easily accessible and a quick 10 minute walk to the nearest station.

The hotel is located in an area with restaurants and a supermarket close by, which is convenient. The room itself was large, comfy and have lots of amenities.

Overall a great stay and a great base for exploring Paris.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located quite far out of Paris but you are near a metro. We used Uber a lot and found this easier. The hotel itself is welcoming and clean. Rooms are spacious and really well equipped. There is a bakery over the road and a supermarket minutes away which is ideal. Our only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be anyone cleaning rooms or changing towels. I suppose we could've said but we always got back too tired from city walking.

Beautiful modern perfectly clean rooms, but the beds are awful. We didn't sleep much the entire time. I don't understand how it was designed, good quality dishwasher,superb decor, lovely spacious room but terrible mattresses. Sofa bed was awful for my son, could feel all the springs in the mattress.
A firm foam mattress should be standard in every hotel if they don't want to supply good quality spring mattress. I would give 5 star if it wasn't for the beds.

Everything was superb but please change the mattresses and perhaps a better sofa bed not at armchair that opens to tiny single bed with a paper thin mattress.

This is new, well maintained straight forward apartment hotel. Room are small but equipped with a small kitchen (see photo). Very usual if you are staying for several days. A supermarket (Monoprix) is just around the corner. Personnel is very friendly and simply great – bravo! The breakfast is lackluster and could be improved, really nothing special (and bad coffee). You are better off making use of the kitchen in your apartment. Other than that a perfect business stay – even possible (though far from ideal) as a basis for tourism with “Esplanade de la Defénse” as the closest metro station.

Clean room, the staff was attentive

Good accommodation but there was some intermittent noise in the room and hallway on floor 5 throughout the first night of our stay, and it was difficult to tell where this noise was coming from. It may have been from the ventilation system in the ceiling.
Breakfast could have been better. For example, the pancakes were left out in the cold.

We've had a lovely weekend away in Paris and loved the Staycity apartment we were in. Check in was seamless and our room on the first floor was accessed easily via the lift or stairs. The apartment was a great size for the two of us and was clean and nicely decorated and we had a view of a small garden/courtyard area. Very quiet location and considerate neighbours meant we didn't get any noise disturbance even with a window open.

A very cute and compact kitchen area came stocked with tea, instant and x2 coffee pods for the machine and milk pods in the fridge. Although we didn't utilise the other facilities there was an induction hob, dishwasher and fully stocked crockery cupboard to use if needed.

The bed was huge (I think two doubles pushed together?) and very comfortable. We both slept really well! The shower was huge with both standard and waterfall style shower heads with excellent water pressure - can't beat a nice hot shower. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided but can't comment on these as I used my own.

Location wise, although not in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist traps of Paris the 8-10 min walk from Staycity to the metro station was easy and mostly flat with a lift up to the area by the station. Then a quick metro ride to all the main tourist attractions. You just need to load your trips (one way is €2.50 per person no matter where you get off) onto the Navigo travel card and hop on/off as you please.

The staff were all polite, approachable and fluent in English (also humoured my poor attempts at French!). I would 100% stay here again and would recommend.

Excellent Reception Service!
I had a great experience with the reception staff during my stay. Halima was especially kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Clement, the manager, was also very welcoming and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during my visit. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and they both provided helpful information about the area. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

The rooms were fully equipped with kitchen appliances, clean, and had good ventilation. It was quiet and peaceful, and it truly felt like home.

The hotel deserves more than 3 stars, as the room was spacious compared to many hotel rooms in Paris. The bed was comfortable, there is a dedicated play area for children in front of the hotel, and next to the hotel there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The neighborhood is upscale, beautiful, and quiet

Highly recommend perfect location for our family trip . Metro is within walking distance, room was spot on as was the staff. Very convenient with restaurants & supermarkets local. I will definitely use this accommodation again our new go to 👍🏽
