Average stay overall, mainly because of the great location. 8/10.
Pros:

The bathroom was in poor condition, water was leaking everywhere. We were not provided with toilet paper even once, and the room was not cleaned during our stay.

Cons:

The location is very good, everything is close and easy to reach.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, und doch ruhig. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Taksim Platz, zur Metro, Taxi, Einkaufstraße.
Ca. 10 Minuten vom Taksim Platz, ist die Busstation Hava-Bus, Pendeldienst zum Airport IST und SAW. Man kann das Ticket direkt im Bus kaufen, keine Reservierung. Wunderschöne Altstadt

Cons:

Die Küchen- Ausstattung ist ausbaufähig, kein Messer, kein Schneidebrett zum Obst zerkleinern.

The location is ideal! The staff was very good. The rooms were big enough for us (3 people). They were clean, and it was nice that it smelled so clean everytime we entered the reception and room. However the bathroom needed some updates.
