Nature Hotel Da Nang

I had nothing but great days at the property! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and nicely maintained/presented.
Too fitness room on the top floor could use some fixing up, but thats about it! Highly enjoyed

The staff was very courteous and heelpful. The faclities left much to be desired. If the advertised facilities are not of any significance to you e.g. most or all of your time will be spent out of the hotel, then most of the hotel's offerings will be of no consequence to you as a traveler. If however, your choice of the hotel is hinged on the advertised facilities, , you're in for a big surprise. During my stay, the gym wasb100 % non functional, the 5 pieces of equipment were all dirty, broken and non functional.Though I am not into popls, because of its proximity to the gym,I obsrrved it is/was not appropriately maintained... just as vad as the not functional gym. I will not stsy in such a facility again in a second visit to the city/area.

Everything is good! Front desk reception did not understand much English language.

Kann man echt empfehlen,gute Lage , alles perfekt.

Without Receiptionist at front desk at 9pm, and early morning 5:30am customer have to wait for them too long!
Breakfast was so boring… young waiters did not actively at work , coffee & tissue on the table running out but no one takeover to fill up… beside coffee was almost not hot enough and untasty….
Room keeping service was so bad, customer left the room from 8:30am to 1:30pm then came back and the room was still not cleaned up! So when leave the room for hang out customer should request for clean up if they were still staying longer!
Facilities quite old fashion!

Room keeper did not clean up the room even customer went out from 8am to 1:30pm. Floor towel was wetted the day before but it seem not replacing new one after the room cleaned up .

11Fの部屋だったが上階がレストランのため、早朝から上からの音が響き目が覚めてしまった。またお湯の温度がぬるく十分ではなかった。

Good sevice

Convenient location for both sightseeing and relaxation. Room is large and clean. Staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. Sure will stay here again if we're be back in Da Nang.

Highly Recommend ! Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, bố trí nội thất hợp lý. Vị trí khách sạn gần vị trí trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện khi di chuyển. Bữa sáng ngon và chu đáo. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện.

Khách sạn có bể bơi không lớn nhưng là bể bơi ngoài trời và trên rooftop nên khi trải nghiệm có thể thấy toàn cảnh của thành phố và các cây cầu bắc qua sông Hàn. Ăn sáng buffet trên tầng 12 và đây cũng là không gian có view rất tuyệt vời và có thể thấy được quang cảnh xung quanh của thành phố. Đội ngũ nhận viên rất thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp, cảm ơn Ksan đã ưu đãi nâng hạng phòng cho tôi. Phòng, giá & tiện ích của Ksan rất giá trị cho khách. Có dịp quay lại Đà Nẵng tôi sẽ tiếp tục lựa chọn & cũng giới thiệu cho bạn bè về Nature.

写真と実際はだいぶ違います。トイレットペーパーはストックがないし、水の溜まりがおそいし、共有トイレは汚いし、まったくお勧めしません。

Coming back home from my long trip, it is time to review my stays in different hotels and without any hesitation that my stay at Nature Hotel in Danang,was truly delight. My room and the entire Hotel for the 3 weeks of my stay, was spotless even though a very busy days. The staff, that bountiful group of people, from the cleaning staff to the receptionists and managers, I have to say that you made this Hotel 7* Thank all of you for everything

Sliten gamla hotell dåligt frukost. Bilderna stämmer inte med verkligheten.

Swimming pool very small and difficult to get into.
