Мы остались в полном восторге от этого места. У отеля потрясающее расположение, в невероятно красивом историческом районе Стамбула, рядом с Галатской башней. Из номеров открываются прекрасные виды, а веранда-ресторан с видом на Босфор и башню - это отдельная любовь.
Завтраки были вкусные, и особенно приятно было начинать день с видом на Галатскую башню. В один из дней даже играла живая музыка, что создавало совершенно особенное настроение с самого утра.
Рядом есть всё, что нужно для идеального знакомства со Стамбулом: метро, знаменитая улица с красным ретро-трамваем, набережная, Галатский мост, красивые улочки, кафе и прогулочные маршруты. Атмосфера у отеля невероятная -старый город, красивые виды, вечерние огни и то самое ощущение настоящего Стамбула.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Все были очень приветливыми, внимательными и всегда помогали, если возникали вопросы. Во время отдыха у нас заболел ребёнок, и понадобилась круглосуточная аптека, которая находилась на другом конце города. Сотрудник ресепшена сам предложил съездить за лекарствами и помочь нам. Это было невероятно трогательно, по-человечески и очень ценно.
С большой радостью рекомендую этот отель. Это прекрасное место, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней, почувствовать атмосферу города, любоваться видами и очень сильно влюбиться в этот город.
The breakfast was a 10/10 the energy at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful and the location is superior walking distance from anything fun!!!
The rooms are pretty small
The hotel is located at a very nice location amidst the hustle and bustle around the Galata tower. There are a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants in the area. The staff are exceptional, they looked after us well. Their manager, Bahar is very kind and made sure we were comfortable. We were surprised by their generous small gifts every now and then. The breakfast is a nice spread with lot of variety. The rooms were clean, there was free water and housekeeping facilities were excellent. Beautiful views from the terrace. I would stay there again.
I wouldn't say this was something I didn't like, but just make a note that this hotel is situated on a steep hill, and going up can be challenging for someone who has mobility issues or other health problems. But there is an alternate way to access the hotel which is to reach it from istiklal street( which takes you directly to the hotel) instead of going uphill from the foot of the hill.

Absolutely beautiful property. The rooms were so dreamy, rooftop views were breathtaking and breakfast was delicious. The staff were so lovely and you could feel their warm energy when you stepped through the doors of the hotel. One of the staff, Bahar in particular made our stay exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Offered to organise a lunch box if we had an early flight, checked multiple times to see if we needed anything, and her kind smile made us feel so welcome. She made our stay memorable and we would love to stay at this hotel again!
Il design, la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, la posizione e la pulizia. Se dovessi ritornare an Istanbul alloggerei sicuramente qui. Hotel bellissimo, posizione ottima e gentilissimo il personale che ci ha offerto anche una bottiglia di vino ed ha accolto qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione varia e assortita. Assolutamente da consigliare.
Camera un po’ piccola ma ne vale la pena.

The bed is not king size but much smaller. In the morning, someone was constantly moving furniture above us, which created considerable inconvenience and noise. Unfortunately, the breakfasts were not tasty. The bathroom lacks basic supplies: body cream, cotton swabs. add champagne or sparkling wine to the mini bar

Room was a bit small
The location is perfect. The staff are very nice and helpful. In general everything is in its best condition. There is just a little noise when guests pass, which I think is natural due to the building's age.

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. My room was beautifully painted and had a lot of character. The breakfast offered a great selection with plenty of choices. A special mention to Karim, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel very welcome. I would happily stay here again.
