Pros:

Отель удачно расположен около Галатской башни( метро в 2 минутах от отеля, фуникулер 1 мин).Отель очень гостеприимный.
Красивое здание, свежий ремонт, чисто.Удобный матрас и подушки, красивое постельное белье.
2 лифта( один старинном стиле). Хорошие завтраки по утрам , вкусно.

Pros:

I loved my stay at this hotel. If you want to treat yourself to a classic and comfortable hotel experience in a grand environment, this is the place. The whole hotel is beautiful, the bed is comfy and I felt so at home. The staff are really helpful and kind. The view of the tower and the city and mosques on the horizon is so nice. Breakfast is amazing with so many options as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. The location is great. You’re in the middle of Galata (which is quite touristy), but you can easily walk to Cihangir, Karakoy and sultanahmet. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, tekrardan konaklarız.
Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tesis çok temizdi ve güzel bir manzarası vardı. Kahvaltıda herşey taze ve yeterliydi. Sürekli kargolarımız geldi ve teslim alıp odamıza çıkardılar.

Cons:

Sıcak su ile ilgili bazen sorunlar yaşanıyor ve resepsiyona odadaki telefondan ulaşılamıyor.

Cons:

Wszystko mi się podobało.
Okna przepuszczały dźwięk z zewnątrz, ale przeszkadzało to tylko w sobotę. W pokoju były jednak zabezpieczone zatyczki do uszu.

What a wonderful place to stay!!! 1000000% recommended!

It was an amazing stay. This is the second time I am staying in this hotel and the service and beauty of the hotel is exactly the same (brilliant!). The staff are very kind, the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is beside Galata Tower, therefore, for tourists is the best location to all of the attractions. I went with my fiancé and my parents. The hotel sorted our transportation to and from the airport as well as keeping our bags safe even after checking out so we could walk around Istanbul before going to the airport. Bahar (HR admin) was so thoughtful and helpful, she even sent us some gifts to our rooms!! (As you can see on the pictures)

Хороший персонал, поздравление с днём рождения было очень трогательным❤️ Отель расположен в центре туристической зоны, поэтому было шумно - но выручили беруши заботливо предоставленные отелем. Расположен в старинном здании, это придает месту особый колорит. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор не богатый но голодными не останетесь

Delicious breakfast with lots of variety, beautiful interior, great view, friendly and helpful staff for the most part, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Some of the staff members weren't very competent at their jobs. Often at breakfast we'd ask for something simple like a spoon, and would have to ask several times to get it. We had to ask because the silverware bins almost never had spoons for some reason. Once, my girlfriend and I each got a tea and only mine had a spoon, she asked for a spoon and the waiter simply moved my spoon onto her side. Staff would also often stand with nothing to do in the middle of doorways, blocking the way. When we were in our room in the daytime, cleaning staff would often talk very loudly in the hallway, and we once heard them complaining about other guests. Finally, the dining area would frequently stink of cigarettes because of people being allowed to smoke.

Это было по-настоящему незабываемое пребывание в Стамбуле! Отель оставил самые тёплые впечатления, и хочется особенно отметить атмосферу, которую создают его сотрудники и сам дух места.
Огромная благодарность Ибрагиму, который встречал нас на ресепшене в ночную смену — внимательный, дружелюбный, всегда с улыбкой и искренним желанием помочь. Утром его сменял Ахмед — такой же заботливый и доброжелательный. Благодаря им мы чувствовали себя в безопасности и уюте, как дома.

А завтраки на террасе — это отдельная история и отдельная любовь. С видом, словно с Галатской башни, на крыши Стамбула и Босфор, в сопровождении аромата свежего чая и звуков просыпающегося города.
Особое очарование придают чайки, которые с утра дежурят неподалёку — ненавязчиво, но всегда готовы прийти на помощь, если вы вдруг не доедите свой завтрак. Такой “сервис” — с крыльями и характером — тоже часть стамбульского очарования 😊

Отель стал для нас не просто местом ночлега, а настоящей частью воспоминаний о городе. Уже скучаем и обязательно вернёмся!

Смотрите на всё с лёгкостью, улыбайтесь чаще, и даже обычная прогулка превратится в приключение. Но — желательно в приятное.

Потому что в Стамбуле, как и везде, просыпается и “мафия” в кавычках.
Таксисты без включённого таксометра, которые хотят за 5 минут пути — половину вашего бюджета.
«Чистильщики обуви», которые “случайно” роняют щётку — и пока вы проявляете вежливость и поднимаете, уже начинается “услуга с душой”, а потом — космический счёт.
Рыбацкие магазины и сувенирные лавки,готовы переклеить ценники, не моргнув глазом.

Но здрасьте :) читали схемки!
Немного внимательности — и всё будет отлично. Главное — не терять чувство юмора и лёгкость на подъёме.

Стамбул — это город контрастов, магии и уроков. И несмотря на всё, он очаровывает и оставляет тепло в сердце.
А этот отель стал для нас настоящим островком уюта среди шумных улиц.
Обязательно вернёмся!
