Die Lage war top. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich! Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat zunächst nicht funktioniert. Deshalb konnte ich in der zweiten Nacht kaum schlafen. (obwohl ich das gemeldet hatte tagsüber zwei mal und es dann zwei mal geheissen hat, dass es wieder funktioniert).Das Problem wurde jedoch am nächsten Tag behoben und das Personal hat sich dafür entschuldigt. Ebenfalls blieb das Wasser in der Dusche stehen und das Problem wurde erst nach 3-4 tagen gelöst. (obwohl ich es am ersten Tag gemeldet habe)

Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in November hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer (ich glaube, es war ein Deluxe-Zimmer). Dieses Mal hatten wir ein normales Doppelzimmer. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, etwas mehr zu bezahlen und ein besseres Zimmer zu buchen. Das Standard-Doppelzimmer ist in Wirklichkeit deutlich!!!! kleiner, als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Mein Koffer hatte kaum Platz im Zimmer. Zudem befand sich der Lift direkt neben unserer Zimmertür, sodass wir sowohl vom Flur als auch von der Strasse her Lärm hatten.

Uns wurde beim letzten Mal für eine gute Bewertung zudem ein Rabatt von 20 % oder ein Upgrade versprochen. Leider haben wir weder das eine noch das andere erhalten.

Unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war deutlich besser als der zweite. Aus diesem Grund würde ich mich wahrscheinlich beim nächsten Mal für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel is located 2 mins away from the Galata tower, in the middle of everything. Despite that, there was little to no noise even though we stayed there on both Friday and Saturday.

Breakfast was amazing, and huge recommendation to the restaurant on the rooftop.

Big thanks to Bahar for taking care of us, and all the other staff of course!
