Fijn verblijf aan het strand.
Pros:

Wij hadden met ons gezin kamer 5, op de 1ste etage. Dat was een grote kamer met een balkon en een koelkast. De airco en ventilator werkte goed. Er was een zwembad aanwezig; het water was wel troebel, maar lekker om in af te koelen.
Het strand is 1 minuut lopen vanaf het hotel! Het strand is heerlijk! Lekkere restaurants op het strand. Ook kun je op het strand liggen onder Palapa’s in de schaduw.

Cons:

We kwamen met z’n vieren maar we kregen maar 2 handdoeken en er stonden maar twee stoelen in de kamer. Van de vriendelijke receptie dames kregen na het te vragen extra handdoeken. Er zijn geen haakjes om iets aan op te hangen. Je kunt alleen cash betalen- pinnen is niet mogelijk. De bedden lagen prima, maar het kraakte wel doordat er plastic om het matras heen zat.
Niet alle verlichting in de kamer deed het; maar het was prima!

Une nuit à Célestun
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé et on peut facilement parquer la voiture dans la rue.

Cons:

Pommeau de douche à changer ou à nettoyer, coqs à proximité qui nous ont réveillé au milieu de la nuit, pas de coffre et trop cher pour une chambre comme ça.

Un buen hotel para tu visita a Celestún
Pros:

Es un hotel bonito con habitaciones amplias. Buen cuidado y mantenido. Se enfocan para que tu estancia se buena en el hotel. La alberca también es buena.

Cons:

Aunque el estacionamiento está vigilado, esta en la calle, pero en realidad no le paso nada a mi auto.

Pros:

La habitación esta en excelentes condiciones, muy recomendable. Aparte ahí tienen un restaurante para desayunar a excelente precio y calidad.

- Grand logement avec paroi séparative entre salon (canapé lit) et chambre
- Salle de bain spacieuse

- Piscine agréable (cascade d'eau originale)

Nice facility but wifi was terrible and there is not a restaurant as stated in the booking.

The room was large and very nice.

Cons:

Wifi was terrible. It kept disconnecting. The worker tried for 30-40 minutes but it would not work. Very disappointing. They also say they have a restaurant in the booking but they didn't. Not even coffee. That is why I booked this hotel. False advertising. Of course, we were not offered any refunds! And there was a lot of street noise as we were at the front. I am sure other rooms would have been much quieter.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Location okay and clean

Cons:

I’ve been going there for years! Seems like something changed. In the past I could get breakfast! They told me the next morning breakfast not available but I could order the next morning! I got up the next morning and tried to order my favorite chilaquiles, but they said no breakfast again!

Their excuse was not enough guests, yet they had about 4 or 5 employees and anyone if those ladies could easily make chilaquiles! Heck, I can make chilaquiles! But they chose not to!

Bad decision on the owner or manager! When you start making bad decisions now I have to consider if I want to go back …

Same with pool, they usually have a waiter in the back where we can get botanos and drinks! But they did not fi that because not enough guests ..

And of course the electricity was out when we went to check in around 4pm…. They said it would be out for an hour … and we went to bed hot and sweating …..but it did come back on later that night … but I do not blame them for the electricity because that happens there because of the city and not their fault…

So I just like good service and for things I like not to change …. Owners are just too cheap to have someone available to cook … if I was the owner, I would cook myself if I didn’t want to lose customers ….

I’ve shears liked my stays there in the past …. But they are starting to get worse….. I don’t blame the employees .. I blame management and owners ….

I could not even get a cup of coffee …. Step your game back up and give me a reason to come back
