Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja z widokiem na Jaworzynę. Pokój z balkonem, czysty przestronny. Śniadania w formie bufetu przepyszne, strefa relaksu, baseny, jacuzzi to wszystko sprawiło, że można wypocząć po wędrówkach po Beskidzie Sądeckim. Gorąco polecam :)

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, nie jest najnowszy a pomimo to jest wyjątkowo czysty i zadbany, obsługa jest uprzejma, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Śniadania i dania w restauracji bardzo smaczne, z przyjemnością tam wrócę! Lokalizacja nie w centrum Krynicy ale za to w pięknych okolicznościach przyrody.

Cons:

Jedyny mały minus to materac, które dla mnie osobiście był zbyt miękki.

Na plus darmowy parking, co jest rzadkie w hotelach a to na pewno duży atut, bardzo dobra obiadokolacja, nie oszczędzają na papierze toaletowym, bo jest zapas w szafce i pokoje dźwiękoszczelne, nie slychac co u sasiadow, basen też bardzo fajny i przemily pan ratownik.

Na minus na pewno plastikowe łyżeczki do kawy/herbaty w pokoju. Jak mam pomieszać tym kawę żeby się nie stopiły? Chyba ludzie już nie kradną łyżeczek więc spokojnie mogliby dać metalowe, nie było też napisanego numeru do recepcji na telefonie w pokoju, więc musiałam i tak zejść na dół. Nie działał też telewizor w naszym pokoju.

Bardzo udany pobyt rodzinny w hotelu Pegaz w Krynica-Zdrój. Jesteśmy naprawdę bardzo zadowoleni z całego wyjazdu. Hotel jest czysty, zadbany i świetnie położony – praktycznie naprzeciwko znajduje się kolejka gondolowa na Jaworzynę Krynicka, co jest ogromnym plusem.
Jedzenie było rewelacyjne – smaczne, świeże i z dużym wyborem, każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Dużym atutem jest również basen oraz jacuzzi na zewnątrz pod gołym niebem – świetne miejsce na relaks po całym dniu atrakcji.
Obsługa hotelu zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Dodatkowo na miejscu dostępne są różne formy rozrywki, np. piłkarzyki, co jest fajnym urozmaiceniem dla całej rodziny.
Generalnie hotel jest bardzo atrakcyjny i zdecydowanie godny polecenia. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy!
