Cons:

When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed even though our reservation was confirmed. No one was there and we had no information we didn’t understand anything. Fortunately, a girl working at the store in front of the hotel told us it was closed and helped us call them. They simply said: ‘We are closed, tell her to go to Hotel Hayde, it’s one minute away.’
We went there, but that hotel was full of bed bugs, and we couldn’t sleep all night. 🫠🥲
I can’t imagine if we had arrived at night and everything was closed how were we supposed to deal with that?
A very disappointing experience.

Let's start with...
* Reservation via booking.com,we made a booking in the system in July. with credit card guarantee & by condition with paying on the spot ( our travelling month in November ) Later on Ayder Versille hotel charged us full payment of. two nights stay without notice in July after we made a booking for awhile. Suddenly we sent an email to the Ayder Versille hotel in order to ask why the hotel charged us full payment too suddenly as we chose to pay on the spot.The hotel stated that sometimes guests show no show or not paying upon arrival. We responded back to the hotel that we made a reservation via booking.com condition . Pay on the spot is the one payment condition criteria. The hotel cannot do this to the guests.If the hotel wishes to charge prior, should inform Booking.com and to inform guests respectfully. This we call "sneaky " What if the hotel is afraid of no guests showing up or guests not paying. That's the problem the hotel has to deal with . Your problem is not our problem. Commonly we all have to follow the rules or any condition terms. If the hotel cannot follow the reservation & payment terms under Booking.com Chanel. The hotel should no longer.

We can say that this is the worse staying and service since we have been travelling around . When we arrived for check in, the hotel owner seems not paying attention anything at all. We said check in please, he just quick look to us and tell his son to bring. us to the room. He not even ask for our passports or any reservation reference. At first his son took us to stay at. the lowest room type ; very tiny room. We said,no no. We booked for triple beds large room ( we paid for 8,000 THB for 2 nights) We showed his son the room booking on mobile,that we can go in the room that we booked. At the first step in the room, we are very disappointed.

Ayder yaylasında konumu çok güzel. Huzur dolu bir ortam. Odalarda tv var youtubeye dahi giriliyor. Şelale vb yerlere yakın. Otelin kahvaltısı klasik kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Mıhlama mükemmel. Restaurantta da güzel yemekleri var. Çok içten ortamı var. Çalışanları da aynı şekilde. Bir şey yapıldığında ikram ediliyor. Sınırsız çay hizmeti var. Her şey için teşekkürler
