Pros:

夜市や三線ライブなどのイベントを館内で行なっており、沖縄の雰囲気をホテル内で楽しめるのがとても良かったです。夜市で取り扱っているもののセレクトも心惹かれるものが多くありました。また、アメニティでついている入浴剤や黒糖などのオリジナル商品の販売もあったので、夜市とオリジナル商品からお土産を選ぶのにもぴったりでした。ウェルカムドリンクは沖縄らしいドリンクが２種類用意されていて、暑さのなか荷物を持って移動した体に染み渡りました。
また、乳幼児用のおむつ用ゴミ箱を用意してくださり、さらにそれを部屋まで運んでくれたのはとても助かりました。
ロケーション的には、国際通りまで歩いていくことも可能ですが、子ども連れだと少し大変な場面もあります。ですが窓から豪華客船が港に停まっているのが見えたり、大きな道路に面していますが静かに滞在できたりとメリットも感じるロケーションでした。

Good location and friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, especially as we had to add extra nights because flights were cancelled due to typhoon. Appreciated special rate given to us for 1 night when we had to extend due to the typhoon, especially considering how busy they were.
Wahsing machines, dryers & microwave. Good location and near to monorail & restaurants.

Cons:

Seemed strange that when we had to add extra nights (after typhoon), the reception couldn't do it and we had to make the booking on their website.
