Food was ok .
The rooms had a paint smell, some showers were not working and the bathroom was getting flooded.
Clearly not worth the rates they charge.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, hat einen geheizten Pool und ein gut ausgestattetes Gym.
Leider sind die Zimmer super laut. Man hört die Personen vom Nachbarzimmer als würde es keine Wand dazwischen geben. Nebenan war eine Baustelle, so dass man spätestens um 6 geweckt wurde.
O atendimento sempre muito solicito.
Passei mal com o hamburguer que comi.
O pequeno almoço tem muitos pontos para melhorar,desde a variedade bem como a oferta de produtos... sempre com restrições, protos quentes como omoletes demoram muito tempo e deve ser trabalhada a apresentação da mesma.
Não tem bacon, fiambre ( sempre com restrições).No horário de abertura ñ tem todos os produtos disponíveis tendo o cliente q solicitar sempre....

The breakfast was not even ready to be served 06:45 !!? But it should have been done by 06:00...
There were no staff at the bar by at least 3 different times, maby you dont want to serve your customers beer or alcohol !!
I order a transfer to the airport and the driver and the front desk charge me 45 dollar, so i have to pay TWICE !!! I tried to come in contact with the hotel there is no ware you can send an email, in the end i have to call them and they don't even call me back to take care of the problem !!!
I know this is africa but what the -uck !!! Worst service ever !! Dont stay at this place it is not a 5 star hotel it is a joke !!
Staff are excellent
The location is very near the Central Business District, the property is in the uptown area of Kigali very serene, clean and Beautiful. Breakfast was a Buffet with variety of foods that were perfectly done, very sumptuous.
My stay was short, will visit longer next time.
