The place is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager. Very clean.
Pros:

The location is very near the Central Business District, the property is in the uptown area of Kigali very serene, clean and Beautiful. Breakfast was a Buffet with variety of foods that were perfectly done, very sumptuous.

Cons:

My stay was short, will visit longer next time.

Nice lobby, great food, big but dark bedroom and bathroom that need serious renovation!
Pros:

The lobby is nice , the breakfast is great

Cons:

The bedrooms are not very ''warm'', the bathroom was not well maintained, the quality of the mattress was poor (you will sink).
Too bad because the lobby gives a nice, almost luxurious welcoming, the food is amazing... but the rooms are on dark floors/corridors, dark colors inside the rooms, and finishings in the bathrooms are not clean (tiles joints with mold, broken accessories); poor finishes in general in the bathrooms.

i was traveling for 4 days till i arrive to your hotel and i dont eat any think till i arrived to ur hotel there i enjoy the food it was amazing and i was so happy with ur friendly team - thank u so much

this will be our hotel of choice when in kigali
Pros:

the gym is decent, location perfect for what we wanted to do, quiet despite being literally next to the main road

Cons:

food from a la carte menu was mid at best, but they were attentive to our feedback on this and remedied where possible. breakfast was decent

Superb, will surely visit again
Pros:

The staff were very helpful! The choice of food was great. The location was excellent. The front office manager was professional and excellent. She was very helpful.

Cons:

The cost of the rooms via third party sites was much more expensive than booking direct. Not enough space in front of the hotel when expecting a taxi for several people.

Chilling at the Four Points hotel in Kigali
Pros:

Pleasant hotel ambiance deliciously spiced by friendly staff and fabulous food. Proximity to Central business District of Kigali afforded excellent walkabout.

Cons:

Absence of information sheet in the room that informs on useful phone numbers in the hotel. There ought to be a summary sheet of facilities in the room. The poster neglected to instruct on how to operate and regulate taps and A/C.

It was fairly okay
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t contain variety. Smart Tv in the room not working. Room phone was on and off and thus wasn’t working well
