La atención. Es un lugar simple, pero con una habitación muy cómoda y fantástica atención de parte de su dueño. Fue un muy buen lugar antes de tomar un vuelo ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Quarto com vista do vulcão e bom atendimento.
Pros:

O hotel é bem bom, mas não tem elevador. O acesso para os andares superiores são por escada. O quarto é amplo, estava limpo e tinha vista do vulcão. Chuveiro bom, mas tinha que pedir para que a água quente fosse ligada quando se queria tomar banho (não sei se isso acontece no inverno, também). Cama, lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas de boa qualidade. Café da manhã no quarto andar, com vista do vulcão. Café simples, mas bom. Estacionamento sem custo extra (deixamos o carro no estacionamento externo, pois o local é seguro). Equipe atenciosa. Recomendo.

Cons:

O fato de ter que pedir para ligar a água quente para tomar banho e ter que esperar um tempo para poder tomar banho de fato. Não sei se essa sistemática é somente no verão ou se no inverno também funciona assim.
