Balanced stay
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the ASTC Bus Stand and situated on the main road, making it very convenient for travelers using public transport.

Cons:

The room was quite small for the price charged, so I felt it was a bit expensive for the value offered.
I stayed in a non-AC room, and it had only a very small window that faced the back wall of the building. As a result, there was almost no natural light or ventilation. A room with an east-facing or open-facing window would have provided much better airflow and made the stay more comfortable.

Hotel's staff didn't even allowed us for check-in, at first there were one staff and were teaching us about hotel policy but another guy came so we thought he might be helpful as he was main at reception but he also said we won't give you the room get us, i don't know what's wrong with us so they denied, they forgot that we are 7 sister northeast, they judge us with our face , we knows hospitality but we didn't took action, please take some action towards them, they are loosing hotel revenue

Anyway passed the night. Staff behaviour was good.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, but reception could be better.

Cons:

After entry, i found that the bathroom was not filled with toiletries. I asked they gave me soap only.
The floor was not properly cleaned. Heavy power cut area.
