Wonderful setting with gorgeous scenery. We were in the piggery a separate building with the pub opposite. Spacious room and bathroom with relaxing decor. Nespresso machine. Outside space suitable for dogs. Ample parking.
Traditional pub with excellent dinner and delicious wine. Very nice breakfast. Gf options. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was immaculate. We had booked for dinner and were not disappointed the food was amazing.
No Terrestrial Tv only smart Tv sign in. Sunday dinner was a bit expensive .

Lovely quiet location in a little hamlet in the heart of the Peak District Very easy driving to start points of lovely walks and beautiful towns like Ashford in the water, Castleton and Chatsworth House
The pub accommodation was a very nicely restored old piggery into boutique bedroom with walk in shower room All excellent We couldn’t fault it!
Breakfast was generous and beautifully cooked.
The book in time was quite late for people travelling. 2pm would have been better.

Beautiful surroundings and such a lovely team. Breakfast and dinner at the pub was absolutely incredible, so glad we booked 2 nights. The perfect dog friendly escape.

Absolutely loved everything about the property. It was immaculate, loved that there was a private enclosed garden and log burner for the cooler evenings. The hospitality couldn't have been better, all members of staff were very helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be returning
