Pésima atención del recepcionista del hotel .

En la recepción cuando llegamos nos indicaron que tenían convenio con un estacionamiento para dejar nuestro auto y cuando llegamos aproximadamente a la 01:00 am el hotel estaba cerrado, tuvimos que estar tocando para que nos abrieran, nos abrió la persona que nos atendió en la tarde, quien nos dijo del convenio con el estacionamiento, le informamos estaba cerrado, que si podían llamar para que nos abrieran y argumento que el no había dicho eso, con actitud prepotente y con falta de empatía, cuando nosotros si la tuvimos porque tenía una discapacidad. Muy lamentable el servicio tuvimos que irnos porque no podíamos dejar nuestro auto en la calle.
