✨ Mention spéciale à la direction pour la qualité de sa gestion, et un grand bravo à tout le personnel pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son sens du détail. Une équipe engagée qui fait toute la différence.

Do NOT book your stay on Booking.com - contact the property directly
Pros:

Surprisingly clean, well located, welcoming staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

DO BOT BOOK ON BOOKING.COM. We should have booked directly with the hotel. The hotel charges 50,000xof for a standard room but Booking.com charges 65,000xof for the *same* room. Further, Booking.com gives you a small “discount” for non-refundable bookings. It’s all a scam though as once at the hotel we were informed that the booking had not actually been paid on Booking.com and we had to pay with the hotel directly. They refused to give us the standard hotel rate, claiming Booking.com charges them fees.

As it can be expected from remote location hotels, its staff was welcoming but some lacked proper training. They had to be reminded of requests, there was confusion with the billing, etc

Pros:

Superb hotel I will revisit and also recommend it. The staff showed exceptional assistance and hospitality. A shuttle service to and from the airport and bus station was outstanding and the breakfast was also excellent.
