Excellent location
Pros:

Our room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent located 1 block away from the main cathedral & plaza.

Cons:

The elevator is the slowest elevator I've used in my life. The rooms don't have a hairdryer and I was able to borrow the one from the front desk but it didn't work.

El hotel está muy limpio, la habitación muy limpia y agradable, súper céntrico, a unos cuantos pasos de todo, el personal muy amable, tanto en la recepción como las señoritas que limpian, súper recomendado, definitivamente regresaremos!

Location was great but at a cost
Cons:

The shower was terrible. There was very little water pressure and the little water that did come out sprayed everywhere but down. I didn’t bother to shampoo my hair because I didn’t want to spend an hour trying to rinse out the shampoo. And it takes about 10 minutes for the hot water to kick in. Tip-turn on hot water full blast in the shower then brush your teeth using only the hot water faucet =>The shower water warms up faster.
Very noisy. Public entertainment lasted till about midnight then music continued from individuals. Also you hear the whistle from the police directing traffic at the intersection- which was more annoying than the music - a short blast every few minutes! And of course noise from the traffic- big vehicle engines, motorcycles, horns, …

Cons:

Parking difficile à trouver, il faut d’abord aller à l’hôtel (en se garant sur la route) pour qu’après un membre du personnel nous accompagne au parking. Il y avait un bruit de ventilation qu’on a entendu toute la nuit. Chambre très étroite, pas de place pour ouvrir une valise
