Clean, modern but noisy.
Pros:

Clean, modern, breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Noisy. Chairs from floor above noisy. Walls did not seem very quiet. Made a request for a special room and was not provided it.

Management sucked
Pros:

Overall the place is beautiful!

Cons:

Having to pay a $260 incidentals was insane and to have your locals to be subjective to this type of treatment is appoling. The manager was very adamant to the point of being an jerk. Overall the place is beautiful!

Amazing and relaxing!
Pros:

It was clean and the staff were amazing. We came up for a dance competition and majority of us stayed at this hotel. Jordan was able to get us checked in early and she showed us grace and true professionalism while she was working her shift! We were sad that weren’t going to see her before we left!!!

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Hot breakfast was great and snack bar was convenient. Fantastic water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were very small for some reason, and not very comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows.

Our trip did not meet our needs.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, when possible. The location was convenient to shops.

Cons:

I was traveling with elderly parents and because of their physical limitations, I requested rooms with roll in showers. However, that is not what we were given. This made our trip much less enjoyable. I asked if there was seat that I could add to the existing shower to try to make it work. There was not. Thankfully, our Greensboro stay was just a respite for our trip that ultimately ended in Rock Hill, SC where we found rooms with roll-in showers AND a seat in the shower. That part of our stay was very enjoyable. Please know that when people request needed accommodations, they need what they ask for. Had we found this same lack of accommodation in Rock Hill, we would not have been able to continue our stay with TRU.
