Stay was excellent, would definitely go back again.
Pros:

Location was great. The room was very clean and nice size very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were excellent very friendly always spoke very polite and helpful.

Steer Clear Especially if you have Children.
Pros:

The location was the main reason I booked this hotel. I do not normally stay in a Tru. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

So, I thought the hotel room/bathroom would be immaculate because the lobby smelled clean and looked great! Get up to the room, there was a roach in the hallway and a roach in our bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty. Never stayed in a room with NO MICROWAVE and the fridge was far too small to even put our leftovers in. We as a family are used to a certain caliber of room traveling with 2 kids and this was not acceptable. No vending machine, ice machine on the 1st floor smh. Never will stay here again.

Room wasnt ready, Comforter was dirty. Billed incorrectly. Simone fixed billing issue luckily.

The location was quick to where we needed to get to.

Cons:

Front desk staff when we check in was unhelpful and could use more training on customer service!! The overnight and morning front desk staff were very helpful, especially Simone. Mia, not so much.
