Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was a great location and close to the Tanganyika Wildlife Park.

Cons:

The upstairs neighbor was loud and we couldn't sleep.

FUN, Friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Pros:

This trip was solely for my kiddos. Some spring break FUN was definitely deserved! The staff was amazing! Shawnda I believe was her name, at the front desk was so welcoming, caring, and attended to our needs, quick to assist and always had a smile.

Pros:

The pillows were horrible! And I didn't know that the water park was only open from 4:00 to 8:00. Definitely not worth the money. I also let Staff know that in the room they put me in there's a big crack and it may fall off soon of the bedside nightstand had a huge crack in it.

Good and fun other than sink issue never being resolved
Pros:

Clean and good location

Cons:

Sink was plugged and the first evening I was on hold with the front desk for 25-30 min and finally gave up. Notified the front desk in the morning around 9am. Returned around 3 and sink still hadn’t drained so notified them again. Was told they are busy and maintenance person wasn’t in today.

Loved the hotel
Pros:

Room was spacious clean and comfortable

Cons:

Pool situation was weird and unclear. There was a pool for the hotel but it's also used by other groups and it took some investigation to figure out where we could go without paying extra for the water park that is also there.
