First couple times we've stayed at a Hampton have been super, this stayed was very disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices. Nice and hot food.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. Beads on floor, some fuzzies on bathroom vanity and inside cubbies. Shower gel empty. Got stuck in the bathroom for 15 to 20 minutes as door was stuck. Finally called front desk, I believe Hunter came up and also couldn't get door opened. He called maintenance, it took both of them to open the sliding door. Had asked Hunter to notify my family my delay, who was waiting for me to join them at the pool, which he did not.

Pros:

Rooms were exceptional in every way. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but not great. Did not like the cheese omelets at all. Was surprised to see room charge $50 more than expected, but front desk attendant explained that was an "incidental" charge (like a deposit) and would not actually be charged if room was left in good condition. Might be good to explain this in advance!

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.
There is an ELEVATOR.
Ice machine on our floor.

Cons:

Pool closed at 7pm
Bathroom door handle fell off.

Other than the pool hours everything else seemed good.
Pros:

Friendly staff.

Cons:

Pool hours need to be extended. I was unhappy about that. Then come to find out there were still people in the pool and supposedly it was closed.

Good place to stay and good value for the money.
Pros:

My room was very clean and functioned well in every way.
It’s nice that breakfast is included with a few hot items. While overall kind of a basic breakfast compared to some, it’s nice to have it available and included in the rate.

Cons:

While the rooms were meticulous, I happened to notice there was a lot of dust on objects like room number placards and things like that, as I passed up and down the hall. No biggie, except I just thought you’d like to know since the rooms are so clean and tidy, and the public area and breakfast area appeared to be too.
