Unprofessional Front Desk.

Cons:

I didn't like that the front desk person was not only unprofessional but also completely unhelpful. I found it a little ironic that almost every review I read mentioned how friendly the staff was. My experience was quite the opposite. I will not be dealing with this hotel again.

A great night of sleep before our fun-filled day at Tanganyika Wildlife Park!
Pros:

Your hotel is very fresh, clean, comfortable and spacious. We wish we had more time to relax there and try out the water park!

Didn’t have one but they took my hotel money.
Pros:

I booked with booking.com- paid at time of booking and messaged the property at the time of booking it stated 4 rooms remaining- I arrived at the time listed in my message to find out that I had NO room. They were overbooked and didn’t have ANY room. 930pm with a 5 year old have to figure out where I am supposed to stay out money and a room far from home exhausted and nowhere to go and out money.

Not as expected, sub par, could’ve been better

Close to the park we were visiting.

Cons:

Out of water bottles and items we needed. 2 out of three nights, bathroom was not fully cleaned. Comforter was stained. Microwave had awful burnt smell. Our room never got cleaned over the 3 days. On our last day the weather was terrible and we couldn’t stay at the animal park in the morning early afternoon. I asked if we could stay until late check out without having to pay extra but I was told no and charged. We ended up staying in the lobby for 1 and 1/2 hours without any real attention. Breakfast was OK but toaster didn’t work. Overall everything was sub par.

A place to Relaxe and Have some fun!
Pros:

The Staff were very accommodating to our every need, especially with my disabled father.
The water park addition made the stay exceptional and gave us an opportunity to stay an extra night for a chance to relaxe and enjoy our travels

Nasty and unclean
Pros:

I loved the seperate waterpark where you get a discount if you book a hotel room, but that was the only thing i did like. Upon going to our room, my 1 year old ate stale old cheeseburgers left and checking everything was dirty including the fridge. The front desk girl was very nice but then we were moved to a smaller room which didn’t have much space for us at all with different colored hairs in the shower which grossed me out. There were also others complaining in the lobby about how long their room was taking to be cleaned.
