Very nice, homey and well priced
No complaints
Overall experience was great it was just ok clean and put together
Clean rooms, great support from Kasa. Note this was a virtual hotel. No staff on site. Provided with entry code to building and room via email on date of arrival. Nice lounge with business center, books, available bicycle and coffee. Note no soda machines or ice machines on site. More like B & B.
This was not my first stay here and I know it won't be my last. It's always clean and we have everything we need in the room. The contactless option for check in is nice and very flexible. Location is good. Very close to downtown and the roads leading up into the wine peninsulas.
Very clean and comfortable beds.
No coffee pot or cups in the room.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view of the bay was great!
Two of the three lightbulbs in our room were out. We asked for replacements and were told it could take 24 hours. The coffee supply in the lobby was low, and the garbage cans were overflowing.
Good value for the money
No clerk, too far from Downtown Traverse City
The view of the Bay. The room was clean.
The description should disclose the fact that the rooms face the very busy main road. Very noisy . Even through the night.
The checkin process was a nightmare. Since there is no staff on site.
No coffee makers in the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny!!!!
While the remodel was very tastefully done, could have been better with a few more ameneniries and the layout of the room was odd, with the sink out in the common area of the room. We will not stay there ever again. Have other places in the area that are better.
The beds were somewhat comfortable.
Lack of staff. Showerhead and shower door was disgusting. No coffee at any of the common areas. No coffee pot in room. No cups or utensils. Received NUMEROUS texts/phone calls saying our Kasa showed noise disturbances due to noise sensors being placed in our rooms, and we were not even in the room. Same thing happened the following night and when we spoke to an agent, I received a text message at 11:30pm, when we were in bed trying to sleep, telling us to leave and the motion detectors will determine if we did or not. 1) I was never made aware of any sensors inside of our bedrooms prior to booking. 2) Sensors were oddly placed above the bed/tv directly in front of the front door. Very disturbing and I wouldn’t doubt it if there were cameras inside as well. 3) The constant messages about noise disturbances when we were gone to dinner and then a wedding the following night, gave me so much anxiety, it ruined our trip! The threatening to kick us out and charge me $500 if I didn’t respond to every message didn’t help either.
Very convenient
So remote and quiet. Only thing I would change is the door locks make very audible noises at random intervals. Other than that it was pristine and amazing with a very nice vintage guitar in the lobby so I was granted the opportunity to play a real Fender! Would definitely be back
Really nice place to stay at, good location and very clean, there’s no reception but the lobby has cool features like board games, water and tea, also a community fridge (the rooms have mini fridges but they’re always so tiny so it’s nice). Overall great for the price
Clean and well kept. It had such a great vibe. I appreciated all of the outdoor seating!
Great experience overall. The issues we had were addressed quickly . Convenient location.
