Lo único bonito de este hotel son las vistas
En realidad solamente me gustaron las vistas.
Lejos de todo, sucio y había muchísimo ruido a todas las horas de día, por la noche hasta altas horas con música también y después desde las 4-5 AM con ruido de la autopista!!

Nos tocó que fueran a tomar fotos de promociones, por lo que le daban más atención a esas personas, nuestra comida tardó demasiado, nos pidieron que nos moviéramos de mesas y camastro…
No tienen spa, contratan los masajes por aparte.
Hay cafetera en el cuarto pero te cobran las cápsulas de café por aparte.

El hotel es nuevo y tiene un concepto agradable con acceso directo a la laguna. El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitacion fue entregada muy limpia y agradecemos mucho haber tenido cafe y agua. Nos ayudaron a conseguir un tour ese mismo dia y hasta a llevar comida que nos prepararon en el restaurante del hotel
Very comfortable and quiet, loved having a big bath, the only one in Mexico. It's really difficult to know how to access and enjoy the lake in Bacalar as it's all behind private property and walls, but the hotel arranged a great boat trip with a wonderful guide for extra. Food was very good and the views over the lake were wonderful even without the sun shining!

The highlight of our trip to Mexico! We were warmly welcomed with an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The room was beautiful, with a spectacular view of the lagoon. Every member of staff we encountered was personable, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. This experience truly exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our vacation.

Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed every aspect, including the staff, amenities, and service, which made us feel like VIPs. The room views were stunning, and the cuisine was delightful. Special recognition to the staff especially Jesus and Edgar for their exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend Amainah to our friends.
