Clean room. Electronics in room need to be updated if not working. Reception staff need to be retrained. Full board menu needs more variety otherwise it's not worth it. Coffee machine at breakfast needs to be cleaned daily and serviced regularly. Coffee machine needs urgent attention.
I had booked 3 rooms, for my family.
Firstly, it was not clear, whilst booking, this property being a five star hotel, that it was an alcohol free hotel
Secondly had paid for breakfast for 2 rooms.
This morning we were charged for them, even after arguing with the hotel staff…
Excellent staff excellent service
Skulle inte rekommendera boendet. Ligger ganska off från allt, men framförallt så var servicen inte bra. Enstaka arbetare var professionella med ett gott bemötande men andra inte. Shuttle bussen dök inte upp en dag och jag fick ta taxi hem från beach cluben.

L’hôtel et le personnel super mais c’est dommage qu’il n’y est pas de transports hormis les taxis et la navette proximité de l’hôtel
We stayed 8 days. the hotel was very neat, I had the deluxe room. room was very spacious and bathroom had a shower and bath. cleaning was done daily and also in the afternoon/evening as a 2nd service a check was done if anything was needed. hotel had 24/7 security and reception. from the hotel you could easily reach other places. we had taken breakfast and this was also diverse and well organized.

We arrived at check in time to find out that our special request was not being made ( requested anniversary setup to surprise my wife)
Had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for them to arrange the room . During our wait we got bitten by some sort of insects in the lobby which made my wife suffers for our two night stay .
I got bitten also in my arm while in room.
Food for Iftar was served cold and my beloved desert Um Ali was a big disappointment.
Its not my first stay in this hotel , I don’t know what happened with them.
Swimming pools timing should be extended During the month of Ramadan as i was not able to use the pool at all during my stay.
