Location, the size of the room and all the facilities available (kitchen, washer machine, iron, hair dryer) and terrace are great for the price. The ac worked great which is very important during the summer.
Room could use some fixing however for the price and all the other advantages it is fair what you get.
Excellent location. The administrator is always in touch. Clean towels and other toiletries are always in the boxes that are in the apartment block. Not as noisy as in other areas of Istanbul. Not a bad verada. There are many markets nearby that work until late. There are cafes and most importantly all types of transport nearby. Almost all the main attractions are within walking distance.
One day during our stay, the municipality turned off the water for almost a day. And there was no water in the room at all. The administrator explained the reason to me and suggested waiting. There was no water even to wash our hands. We were not offered any reserve water. The problem was simply ignored and we were suggested to wait. There is a drain in the toilet that needs to be filled to avoid the smell. In general, these are all trifles and coincidences.
Great apartment in the center of Istanbul, everything is within walking distance. Special thanks to Yakup for his help — he always responds immediately to any questions, and if something is really unclear, he can come over and explain, so big thanks to him.
Great place and such good value for money! It had lovely views and it was spacious for 2 people.
Some maintenance is needed in the apartment, such as some of the cabinets, but this is the only small feedback I’ve got.

Amazing place, everything is good here: the house is located in a wonderful, quite quiet and cozy area and at the same time 5 minutes from the Galata Tower, the room has panoramic windows, from there you have a stunning view of the city and the bay.
We were given the roombon the 5th floor, and I was very happy about that.
I especially liked the possibility to have breakfast on the roof. There is enough space in the room, there are closets for clothes, kitchen utensils, I was looking for a place where there is a kitchen, and you can cook your own food.
The two of us were there for 4 days and would love to come back for more as well.
A few things that didn't ruin my stay at all, but might upset someone else. Some things are not in very good condition. For example, one of the cabinets in the kitchen with a broken shelf. The curtain rod seems to be falling off a bit, there were someone else's slippers under the bed, well, and a dish sponge was very lacking. But once again, all this did not prevent me from enjoying life in this room. Just a warning for those for whom this is important
We were warned in advance that the stairs were steep - it was really true, after a long walk around the city this last leap was not easy :)
The location is perfect, a 10 min walk from Taksim square and 3 tram stops from the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofiya. The rooftop terrace literally makes this place worth everything, nothing like drinking coffee and watching the Bosphorus/Golden Horn. Theres plenty of restaurants around, and a bakery in the building. The apartments have everything you could need for a longer stay, we felt quite at home.
It was a bit cold, the heating works via AC, but I'm sure this isn't a problem in summer. There's also no elevator, so if you're staying on the 5th floor and are out of shape this can be difficult. However, overall, definitely will be staying here again!
The location is perfect. From this place, you can travel easily to various areas in the city. The rooftop is also really nice, since you have a great view. The apartment itself was fine for a week.
The apartment was not that clean. For example, the toilet was not completely clean since there were hairs on the toilet seat. Moreover, there was a weird smell for the whole week I spent here. With the excellent reviews, I expected a little bit more, but it was okay for a week.

Apartment was not good and not comfortable at all. Bathroom is old and it was hard to get hot water. It was dirty and smells bad. Bed sheets was old and with hairs. And sheet was not even tucked in. And a lot of dust. Owners of this apartment didn’t try to make this place look good. It was cheep, but for sure not worth the money. And if you planing to rest and chill — you will not have this option, because 24/7 it’s noises from the street. You can hear every word from people. And yeah, balcony is common, but at first you get expectations that this is your personal space

The apartment is in a very nice location, a small street 5 minutes away from the Galata Tower, well connected to the Sultanahmet area / Eminonu by tram, as well as very close to the Karakoy port to easily move around by boat.
The apartment is cute and you will find all the essentials. It is a good place for a few days, especially if you plan to only use it mostly to shower and sleep. The host was very responsive on whatsapp and always available!
Be aware that there are quite a lot of stairs, there is no hair dryer and not many kitchen utensils.. also, our room did not have chairs, so it was difficult for us to eat after cooking. Overall it is a good apartment, acceptable if you just need something basic, maybe a bit on the "expensive" side
