Boa localização, cheio de comércio, restaurantes e transportes à volta.

Todas as noites, acordámos de madrugada com o barulho de outros hóspedes à porta do nosso quarto ou dentro do seu próprio quarto, que parecia dentro do nosso. Para quem tem o sono leve, não é boa opção.

Não tem elevador.

Não tem frigobar.

O nosso cofre não funcionava.

Queríamos deixar lá as mochilas no dia do check-out, mas teriam de ficar literalmente no corredor da entrada, porque nem tinham onde as deixar em segurança.

Informei de que estávamos a festejar um aniversário e nem sequer responderam. Tendo em conta o valor elevadíssimo do quarto e sendo o hotel de quatro estrelas, foi de mau tom.

No geral, não tem uma boa relação qualidade-preço. Tem boas condições, mas é muito caro para o serviço tão básico que oferece.

Great location, close to all amenities and very close to tube station. Very friendly staff and had tea coffee facilities in the room.

This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I would strongly advise against staying here.

Upon arrival, the room had an immediate and overwhelming smell of an old, unventilated building. I attempted to open the window for fresh air, only to discover that it was permanently blocked. The staff informed me that nothing could be done and that moving me to another room was impossible due to full occupancy. As a result, I was forced to spend the night in a room with an unbearable odor.

Cleanliness was extremely poor. There was dust everywhere: on surfaces, on the carpets, and even on the decorative green blankets placed on top of the bed. While the bedsheets themselves appeared clean, placing filthy, dust-covered blankets on top completely defeated the purpose.

There was no proper heating system apart from the air conditioning. When I turned the AC on, it blew out visible dust, making the situation even worse. I spent the night breathing a combination of smells and dust, which was unacceptable.

For the second and third nights, I was moved to another room with a functional window. Unfortunately, all the other issues remained exactly the same: dust everywhere, dirty carpets, and the same lack of proper cleanliness. The hotel claims to provide a hair dryer, but the one in the room was visibly dirty and full of dust, making it unusable.

As compensation for the first night, the hotel reimbursed me £15. Given the conditions and discomfort endured, this felt more like an insult than a genuine attempt at compensation.

As a direct result of breathing in so much dust, I developed significant nasal irritation, which prevented me from sleeping properly during my stay and continued for three days after I had already left the hotel.

This accommodation fails at the most basic standards of cleanliness, air quality, and guest comfort. No compensation can make up for the health impact and lack of care shown.
