Great location
Pros:

Great location, a short walk to Bayswater & Queensway tube stations. Great variety of shops on the next street & a short walk to Hyde Park. We were in room 302 on the top floor (at my request). Very comfortable bed. Window opens (not always the case). Great air conditioning which was very much needed! Friendly staff on the check in desk. I really like the Bayswater area as it felt safe.

Cons:

Room was very small with limited space which I already knew due to previous comments, bathroom also very small. TV wouldn't work and when I looked behind the TV the electrics were very dodgy! There was quite a bit of noise at another property close by one night which was a tad annoying. Stairs are steep to the rooms which may be an issue for some. Housekeeping was ok. Probably wouldn't stay again

The hotel was handy to everything

Cons:

The shower itself was great, but there was no room to change. There was nowhere to hang towels etc. It was very small.

Perfect for staying near Hyde Park and good value for money.
Pros:

The location was fantastic for access to Hyde Park. The area was lovely with quiet streets, lovely bars and excellent restaurants.
The staff were extremely pleasant and our second room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and new.

Cons:

Our first room was in the basement and we were woken in the night by rats squeaking and scratching behind the walls.
However, the staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a lovely room the next day.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

Beautiful and Amazing location. Super comfortable bed, also had ac! Just what we needed for a one night stay.
