Pros:

It’s good everything it’s going well, while I have booked the property the mention there was AC, but when we received our room the AC not working and they said they will call the engineer to come, no one come and we ask them to transfer to another room they said sorry we fully booked and we ask to provide a fan they said we don’t have it’s really disappointing. To spend 2 night with hot weather.

No air con on a hot summer day stay
Pros:

The property was nice and clean. I liked sitting by river, it was really peaceful. The food was also good.

Cons:

I didn’t like how hot it was in the room and how there was no air conditioner working on a hot summer day. There was a small fan that made a noise more than it did the job. When I asked whether it’s okay to switch rooms, they said there was no room for a family of 3 which didn’t make sense to me since my 2 toddlers and I slept on the double bed and any other room would’ve had a double bed. We slept really bad those two nights and I wish it wasn’t the highlight of our stay.

Good value for money
Pros:

Great location, lots of parking.

Facilities are great - onsite gym, small swimming pool, spa and treatment available for booking, there’s also a pool table in the lobby. Lots to do in the hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very good, very limited options. Ordered poached eggs on sourdough, doesn’t taste very good, the avocado was still very raw, eggs has no seasoning

Lovely hotel by the river friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, the location is lovely right by the river, the room was nice with plenty of room overlooking the river. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again but the prices in the restaurant and added 12.5% is a concern otherwise loved it.

Cons:

The price for food and drinks were expensive and 12.5% added to the bill was not acceptable, we waited 45 minutes on our second night for our food to arrive, I think due to a big party upstairs, I think it could have been managed better.

Pros:

Location is great but only reachable by car or bus.

Cons:

The rooms and the restaurant design are awful, bad taste, outdated, weird. The room and bathroom were mouldy, not the cleanest. Bathroom shower is not draining so water finds its way to the room.

Amazing and can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

I loved everything about our stay at the Swan I didn’t want to come home! From the spa experience to our evening meal to our overnight stay everything was perfect! It made our anniversary so special so thank you so much!
