Breakfast very nice
I didn’t like the coach parked right outside my bedroom window all day and all night especially when i had paid for a river view. The coach should have dropped people off at the door and then park the coach up at the far end of the car park out of view. Only had two nights their and one of them was spent looking at a coach ???
Friendly staff and environment
Everything was perfect.
Great location , nice touch with the dog blanket , towel , bowls and treats for the dog . Excellent breakfast!

We didn’t book a room with air con however, it was particularly hot weather during our stay and we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a room with air con but it would have been £50 more for the two nights we were staying which we felt was a lot considering what we had already paid. We felt it was a shame there wasn’t air con in every room really as standard because that would have made our stay more comfortable. Also, there was no offer of a fan for the room which would have been a nice alternative.
Die Farben und Muster sind sehr erfrischend in der Innenausstattung. Die Betten sehr bequem und die AC sehr nötig, da die Zimmertemperatur sonst in der Hitze nicht zum Aushalten wäre. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich/hilfsbereit. Der Spabereich war sehr schön, aber klein, sodass die Personenbeschränkung durchaus sinnvoll ist.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt ein paar Renovationen (Bild hängt azs dem Rahmen, Duschkopf nicht mehr dicht, Dellen am Boden (unter dem Teppich nicht sichtbar)). Wir haben diese Mängel bei der Reception deponiert, sie reagierten bestürzt und versprachen, diese Missstände zu verbessern.

For a 4 star hotel our room didn’t have air con! And staying in the height of a heatwave we were not expecting a 4 star to not have air con. We paid £218 for one night and if we wanted air con had to pay extra. The slides were clean in the room but there was heavy dust next to bed tablets and windows.
loved the spa. breakfast was really good, good choices. Dinner menu was very fancy. I dont eat spices and I'm allergic
to chilli. Waitress was concerned that the hake would be really plain , I said that would be fine. Hake arrived with a lovely herb topping laid on a bed of tomatoes, onions, and peppers, this was delightlul , served with veg. Veg was raw'ish, this was easily sorted and new cooked veg was brought. Gave my compliments to the chef and really enjoyed my meal. my husbands meal was also very good. he had the burger.
loved the hotel and our stay was good but I needed a ladder to get into bed! The bed and mattress was really high, very comfortable was We got there! But we will be back, maybe with a ladder next time.
