nice stay but very disappointment with room
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, but overpriced for the quality
Pros:

Lovely location, excellent parking, nicely decorated. The room was comfortable and quiet at night, despite being a big hotel.

Cons:

It’s over-priced for the quality. There were lots of staff who were polite but seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Some areas of the room were not very clean, corners in the bathroom for example & the water tank in the coffee machine was simply dirty. Little things like charging extra for a cappuccino with breakfast when we’d already paid several hundred pounds for B&B.

A perfect stay! Would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

We stayed in room 14 with a view and it was gorgeous!
The location is ideal nearby lots of places
Plenty of nice outside seating
The hotel decor throughout is lovely and to a high standard
We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment there

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like!

Would return in a heart beat
Pros:

Hotel staff excellent couldn't do enough for you.
Had we researched the area more we'd probably would of stayed somewhere a bit busier outside of the hotel..

Cons:

The only thing we can find fault with is the pool table was ripped so could really use, and the cheese board was definitely not worth the money charged
