Quaint old time hotel.
Pros:

Quaint family friendly hotel. Confortable rooms and friendly staff. The S'mores making station in the late afternoon was a big hit with our little one.

Great family friendly stay with activities and amenities to help you relax and enjoy!
Pros:

We were blown away by all the free amenities! Free wine and beer tasting in the lobby, free cookies and ice cream for the kids! A fuIly stocked breakfast area for quick snacks and beverages. It was so family friendly, the kids had a great time, the courtyard was so well kept, games were great, ample seating for large parties. It was truly excellent!

Cons:

The only reason why I didn't give a top score was because the mattresses were absolutely horrible, it was like sleeping on a marshmallow, no support, and our backs hurt afterwards.

Overall excellent experience and we would be happy to stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, but it would have been nice to include hot foods like eggs and bacon. Enjoyed the courtyard where we could hang out outside, as well as the free wine, ice cream, cookies, and candy available at the front desk. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also appreciated the opportunity to check in 4 hours early. Staff was helpful and courteous. We would be happy to stay there again.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a bar of soap to wash our face rather than just body wash. Also, we originally had booked two nights but changed our plans and canceled one night a week early. We checked in on 6/20 and checked out on 6/21. We were still charged for two nights and I am in the process of working with the hotel to correct that error.

Not ideal.
Pros:

I wanted a room on the upper floor and was given on main floor. As well I wanted to be somewhere quiet and unfortuntely, that was not the case. We had people banging the doors at 5AM. The also had music playing loud the evening we arrived and I should of mentioned it to the front.

Cons:

Some compensation would be nice as I do not believe they ever read my notes when I booked. I also mentioned it to Jeff when we arrived we wanted something quiet.
