Chambre impeccable, moderne, hotel superbe bien situé, pro

O café da manhã era ótimo. Não tive ar condicionado, reclamei por quatro dias até colocarem 2 ventiladores, mas isso foi absurdo.

AC it didn't work, terrible hot nights. On the 20th complain about it and front desk didn't care.
just the person I spoke on the 20th at am not help with ac. We spend all days with hot room.
The staff very friendly
Hotel is far from the main attractions , but with the train next to hotel is easy and fast to get to all places.

Metroasema lähellä ja isohko ruokakauppa oli plussaa. Kaukana keskustasta ja ravintoloita ei lähistöllä ole.

De accomodatie is gemakkelijk bereikbaar per auto en je kan ondergronds je auto parkeren voor €15. Het ontbijt is redelijk maar vaak lag er te weinig. De kamers zijn voor Parijse standaards ok

From arrival we were disappointed but too late to cancel the first two nights.

It was raining on arrival, which made our delays on finding the hotel front door and car park a nuisance and very annoying. Hubby walked around trying to find the entrance - no luck. I found it but the door would not open - you had to have a card (we hadn’t checked in yet). I checked in, got told where to park the car. Went back to hubby and drove down to car park. Their instructions were vague to say the least.

The lift had issues reading the card to get it to work. After unloading our suitcases we went back to the car garage via an outdoor, side door lift. Still raining so getting wet again - code wouldn’t work to get that door to open. Luckily a lady was going in - she said our code was wrong! By now, we were very frustrated so after unloading our next lot of luggage, I cancelled the third night here.

On leaving we got to the car all right (with the correct code this time), but getting out with yet another code to press - that didn’t work straight away. We will not be back.

Easy access to Metro Line 13. Easy access to shops. The hotel is fairly modern. The room was a nice size and well equipped. Nice outlooks from upper floors. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given an early check-in which was much appreciated as I wasn’t feeling well.

Mooi hotel, schone kamer, metro om de hoek en zeer goed beveiligde parkeergarage. De parkeergarage is schoon en ruim. De badkamer is ruim genoeg, airco werkte goed en kon ik accuraat instellen zodat het niet te koud werd, ook kon ik een raam openen. Personeel spreekt Engels en ze waren heel vriendelijk! Rondom het hotel een bakker en drogisterij beschikbaar.

The housekeeping service is average.
Upon departure, you are disturbed by the constant calls to inform you of your departure.

Lo súper recomiendo, buena ubicación, las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables y te ofrecen ayuda en todo momento, las habitaciones muy limpias

Great service.

Stay here while visiting paris. Being right next to the metro station led it to been easy to find and made it extremely useful for visiting the landmarks in paris. Plenty to eat at breakfast.
