Très bel hôtel bien situé avec un très bon déjeuner
Pros:

L’emplacement,, la vue sur toute la ville le déjeuner, le personnel

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres. Une était très bien mais la 2ème était très petite et étroite. Et un manque d’isolation acoustique dans les chambres.

Great location and nice accommodation. Staff were pleasant. Just need to sort out the cleaning.

Cons:

I liked everything except that the room was not cleaned unless cleaning was requested. After it was not cleaned after the first night, I asked for it to be cleaned and it was. But then it was not cleaned again.

Room was comfortable, the location was excellent.

Cons:

I was told I could leave my bags at reception until the room was ready and the girl proceeded to go into the back to chat with others. I waited around 15 minutes but I didn't feel it was safe to leave certain things at reception, as there was nobody manning it and anyone could just walk in and take something, so I had to carry my heavy backpack around Tirana until the room was ready.

I wasn't even offered some water, or told where the restroom was on my arrival (having flown all night). Unexpected for a 4 star hotel.

Room number was then said out loud where others could overhear - not very safe as a solo female traveller. I mentioned this to the girl and she just shrugged her shoulders.

After checking into my room, I noticed there was no complimentary water offered. Again, unusual for a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are certainly not sound proof. Very noisy, even with ear plugs.

Ordered room service and the app said one price, receipt emailed said a higher price, and when the guy came with the meal he said it was a higher price again. I questioned this and he just laughed and said to take it up with reception.

Came back after 10pm one night to see my shared balcony door had been left wide open all day by cleaning staff.

Stairs smelled like smoke and staff would sit around in guest areas chatting.

When checking out, I wasn't even asked how ky stay was.

This did not feel like a 4* star hotel experience, and was quite disappointing.

Room was a good size with decent amenities:
slippers, kettle, coffee machine, mini bar. Breakfast was included and was quite good.
Nice balcony.

The location was good and the breakfast was nice, the room was good value for money.

Cons:

We stayed there for three nights and unfortunately our bedroom was not cleaned. We needed clean sheets and towels.
