Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist 1A und alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstücken könnte zuvorkommender sein und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten würde ich abschaffen. Einfach nicht geniessbar.

Everything was excellen , Especially the clerk at the front desk with the blue eyes, she was very, very nice and always had a smile on her face and was ready to help and answer any question.

Cons:

On August 26th at 7 am I went down to the reception and asked for only hot water. The clerk refused to give me hot water, and she was very unkind. I must say that all the employees at the hotel were super nice, only the clerk that morning was not even a little nice.

Perfect location in Tirana!
Pros:

Mulaj Hotel is located near all the main points of interest of Tirana and very close to Bloku, the cool neighborhood full of restaurants and cafes. The rooms were comfortable and modern. Breakfast was also good. I would highly recommend this hotel!

BIG NO. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

What we didn't like just ruined our experience with this hotel.

Cons:

We booked this hotel because we were traveling by car and wanted to have a parking spot for our car and stay as close as possible from the city center, so that we do not use the car for the 2 days of our stay in Tirana. BIG MISTAKE. They are saying that the hotel has valet parking and is free, the car keys will stay at the reception for the entire period and we were assured that everything is going to be fine. IT WASN'T. During our stay in Tirana (2 nights, but less than 48h in total), our car was moved from one spot to another. At first we asked why and we were told that they are arranging cars, because new guests are coming and coming, plus they have guests at the bar belonging to the hotel. Not confortable and very stressful, but accepted it as a rule. Every time we were coming and leaving the hotel, our car was parked in a different spot (from the parking in the back of the hotel, on the one in the front of the bar and even on the street parking that is supposed to be free from 18 to 8 am). When we found our car parked on the street parking, we went and asked them why they are proceeding like this. I mean they knew we were not using the car for 2 days, wasn't that sufficient to just put the car on a spot that was not bothering the other guests?!? Well it seems it wasn't, they are just playing a strange game moving the cars all around and when they were questioned about they just answered that this is the way they are managing the parking spots, but we should not worry about it, they are taking good care of our car, is under they responsibility and they are doing the same even with the "luxury cars". That was the moment when we exploded, we were driving a Fiat Grande Panda 2026, bought in leasing, and that was our maximum luxury, sorry for that, we are not affording a Ferrari and you as a hotel pretend that we are making too much noise for a car that is not even "luxury", what the hell?!?
