Great location to Centro PV. Easy walk to Malacon, beaches, shops, and restaurants.We spent many hours relaxing, reading, swimming and enjoying the view on the roof top terrace. A lovely breakfast of fruit, cereal, and breads with juices, coffee and tea was available daily. Rooms were very comfortable with kitchenettes and balconies overlooking the street.
The proximity to the church of Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe is not for the light sleeper. Church bell are rung every 15 minutes with very active long gongs on the hour. Saturday and Sunday service ringings are even more energetic. Centro Puerto Vallarta can be noisy with narrow cobblestone streets, so central location might not be for everyone. Though not a problem for us, you must be able to do a lot of stairs within the building and on the adjoining streets.

There wasn’t a thing missing in this amazing accommodation. Comfort and style were top notch. The breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. Cudos to the owner who lives on site.

Clean, well located and the rooftop is incredible. The simple breakfast was more than enough to start the day. Onsite staff are friendly and helpful.
Huge coffee table in a small studio. That should be removed, it is a hazard at night, and has no practical use.
Some blackout curtains would be a great addition, it is bright at night.

Pretty noisy, airplugs a must (for me). Furniture in our room (loft suite in the basement) could have a makeup.

The location was great. The rooftop patio had wonderful views. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had the lower unit. It was well designed and very comfortable but at times it was a little musty smelling. This could be addressed with a dehumidifier. All things considered, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Esta super bien buena ubicación cerca del malecón 2 cuadras muy cómodo una vista super padre se ve el mar 🌊 la alberca muy bien el desayuno bien, fruta pan tostado café, te,yogur. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme alli. Lo recomiendo
Lo único que no me gustó es que en las habitaciones que nos quedamos, olivo y índigo deberían de poner cortinas oscuras, entra el sol muy temprano y no te deja dormir si les recomiendo que chequen eso es lo único que veo que le aria falta unas cortinas oscuras que tu las abras cuando quieras que entre el sol.
Great location for eating at amazing restaurants. A real foodie area. Fabulous rooftop deck where a nice simple breakfast is offered. Great staff, the small place is clean and I felt like I was in a private villa. I’m 73 and the stairs were a challenge but after the many times I dined out, I probably needed them. I would stay again.

Wonderful resort and location. Peaceful retreat with outstanding location to beaches and restaurants .. all walkable. Beware there a lot steps 😉 Highly recommend
Sehr schönes Appartement. Mit wenigen Zimmer und Gästen sehr ruhig. Kleiner, aber auf dem Dach gelegener Pool mit Chillingarea. Kleines Frühstück gibts auch auf dem Dach.
Zentrale Lage, unkompliziert und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
Nicht für Personen geeignet, die keine Treppen gehen können.
Doppelbett könnte etwas größer sein.

We had the Penthouse Canario. The sleeping area was comfy BUT the blinds aren’t darkening blinds. I wore a sleeping mask and slept like a baby but hubs was sometimes bothered by the light from outside.

Le personnel était absent à l’arrivée au jour 1. Pas grave mais terrasse sombre le soir et j’ai du chercher un moment pour trouver des interrupteurs lumière dans l’obscurité totale m,
Le lendemain ils étaient présents mais attentifs à leur téléphone et aucune aide à descendre de gros bagages n’a été offerte par l’homme qui y travaille et qui est simplement passé à côté de moi.
