Pros:

This place is awesome, quiet, great vacation spot, food was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Hotels.com really screwed us up, they took our money and didnt book it.. it took several hours but the property management went above and beyond to make it happen and enjoyable. Really had a great stay wish it was longer

Pros:

We had to pay twice for our first 5 nights in Kenya. We had booked Coral Beach Resort well in advance. We had prepaid for the entire stay. Hotels.com had already deducted the amount from my account on May 23, 2025. When we arrived at the hotel we had no reservation and the hotel was full. The first two nights we had to stay at another hotel, but it was available so we could stay at Coral Beach as planned for the next three nights. The hotel showed us excellent service and I will give Coral Beach Resort the best feedback. The problem was that Hotels.com did not make the reservation with the hotel and took the money themselves. I will now claim compensation from Hotels.com for additional costs and additional inconvenience.

Pros:

Rummen var gamla och slitna, det är korallrev utanför stranden vilket gör det omöjligt att bada där. Frukosten var undermålig.
Läget är perfekt med närhet till barer, restauranger och Supermarket.
Personalen var trevlig.

Hotellin ympäristö on loistava. Paljon apinoita, jotka kuitenkin rauhallisia. Ranta lähellä ja uima- allas. Paljon puita ja kukkia. Hotellihuoneet etäällä toisistaan, pienissä taloissa muutamia. On rauhallista. Aamiainen hyvä ja palvelu myös. Lähellä myös muita ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Ainoa miinus oli veden loppuminen toisena päivänä ja meni usea tunti, kun tankki saatiin täytettyä uudelleen. Vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi huoneessa lisäsi viihtyvyyttä.

Great Beachside location but the property needs attention with aged fixtures and fittings. Despite this, the grounds and external areas are very well maintained.
