only location nothing else

Cons:

hotel restaurant in a very bad shape they don't even bother to clean used tables, dust collected on serving trays & utensils although food quality was ok but ambiance was very poor room towels were smelling, tv remote not working prices very high I paid 2500.00 for 1 night whereas actual deserving cost not more than 1500.00

Highly uncomfortable as rooms lack basic insulation, staff did not want to accept complaints.
Pros:

Tea was good. We ordered parathas for breakfast which were good. They were kind to the senior citizens with us and provided a room heater for their room.

Cons:

Rest if us were given the family room which was spacious. It was winter and the room was pretty cold in the day.. in the night we realized that there the room felt almost like a cold dungeon. Upon inspection of the room we found that there were gaps in the window frame and the wall and hence the room was not insulated at all! When we raised it to the staff they refused to accept this. After a lot of squabble they accepted that the poor structute and fitment of windows in the room was causing the problem.We then requested for a room heater to atleast keep the room warm thru the night..they kept giving us excuses and ignoring the request. After a lot of persuading they reluctantly provided us one partially operational heater which helped us survive the night. I would strongly recommend to inspect the rooms carefully before staying or booking this place.

Pros:

Manjeet and Sartaj were very nice plus helpful. Room size is good. Hot water is almost instant

Cons:

First room was dusty and noisy due to construction next door but Sartaj organised room change upon being informed. Manjeet very kindly organised transfer to train station.

Not even remotely close to what was expected. Will give it a hard pass going forward.
Pros:

Nothing at all. Overall, experience was terrible.

Cons:

1. Upon flushing water in the washroom, mosquitoes would fill up in the pot. The water tank was not clean.
2. Linen/ Bedding and washroom towels were extremely untidy.
3. When asked for drop to the train station, the staff outrightly said no.
