Pros:

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff seemed untrained — they didn’t know how to check passports or visas and behaved quite rudely. They mentioned only one room was available.

Later that night, water from the bathroom flooded the bedroom, which was extremely uncomfortable. The staff made no effort to help or manage the situation.

It feels like they only care about money, not guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value peace and comfort.

Pros:

Nice staff. Specially the owner and the receptionist who spoke English.

Cons:

We have to ask to change the sheets cause it was really really dirty from the last two or three guests. We ask to change the room also cause the first was discousting. It's not a three star hotel at all, workers have loooong shifts kind of slaves. Have to pay half day for a late check out...Avoid staying here if possible
