Pros:

Great location, environment and ultimately the staff we're amazingly friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom door was very diffcult to close / open, also the fact it doesn't close all the way at the top and there's no active ventilation makes privacy non existent when sharing a room. Also there's some screw's sticking out from the right side bed in room 413. Just get that addressed as someone could hit their toes.

New vibes in Austin
Pros:

Great location residential area very safe secure, plenty of restaurants, parking in paid car park very accessible. Walkable area. Easy to get an uber. Loved the boutique style trendy hotel. Good for all ages.. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Very clean environment.

Cons:

Wifi connection was poor.

Absolutely love everything about the hotel except the bed itself
Pros:

Super friendly staff from top to bottom

Cons:

bedding was a little uncomfortable. sheets need higher thread count. mattress and pillows were a little hard
