The location was beautiful, rooms were cosy and the service was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vee resort, the rooms were as great as they have shown in the pictures on their website. Food was tasty, decent.Would love to go back again!!

There was no water in the washroom, slow service, and unclean mats and floor, felt unclean and my trip was ruined completely. Even though the weather was nice, I could not make the most out of it! REALLY sad! Wrong advocacy for the place by Booking.com, seeking some sort of refund.

The construction of the property is good with good amenities. The location is extremely far from Mahabaleshwar however secluded. All rooms have the Mountain View/ valley view.

Cons:

The property as it calls itself Suites of Royals is no where close to even a 3 star hotel. When you arrive there you will notice that the property is under construction. The facilities offered by the property are good however, the service is pathetic. You need to ask for even the basics like towels and toiletries. They have power outage issues and the ACs fluctuate every now and then and you have no power in the rooms. The water pump broke during our stay and we had no water for half a day. The staff aren’t fully trained to professionally manage and execute FNB roles. We booked two rooms for a 2 night stay. The housekeeping is poor and no cleaning of the rooms is offered daily. They have cockroaches in the rooms and their breakfast has very basic options and is not continental as mentioned on booking.com. Point to note, the swimming pool access is only for the villas with the private pool. The advertising on veeresortmahabaleshwar.in specifying plunge pool access for all rooms is absolutely misleading.
The management is extremely poor and the prices charged are exorbitant for the quality of service offered. We were extremely unhappy with this booking as the content advertised is thoroughly misleading.

It was pathetic experience the staff was very slow rooms, food nothing is good

We checked in at 4pm and room wasn’t clean when we entered the room the bedsheets, pillow covers, balcony washrooms everything was so dirty, the private pool full of small insects the room entrance was full of mud around, at night while we were sleeping the insects, flies, mosquitoes entered the room. We have to leave the room late at night as it was completely dangerous to stay there.
