Clean, everything we needed, and the owners were so nice and helpful.
Pros:

We were in cottage #3. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The back deck was so nice to relax and hear the creek that ran so close. We had a patio table, chairs and charcoal grill. The covered part of the porch had a nice glider.

We loved it all!

Full living room kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed to cook and eat at the cottage.
Pros:

Great location. Close to the event, but far enough away for quite.

Cons:

Water heater did not last long enough and water turned cold almost instantly.

There was no service. No one showed up!
Cons:

I arrived approximately 6:15 ish. The sliding glass door was partially open. I rang the bell several times and waited about 15 minutes. I was only greeted by the cat. I call out several times but no one came to the door. It was getting late and we had to find a place to stay. We didn’t stay or even know which room was ours. I did not stay and don’t feel I should be charged. This is terrible customer service.

Just nice for the price.

Backed up to the running water. Large deck with table, chairs and grill.

The bathroom floor is gross. The unit needs to be fully upgraded. Yes the owners were very nice.
