Pros:

Le lieu est vraiment très agréable: peu de chambre, endroit très calme avec un jardin et une piscine très agréable.

Le service client est également très bon. Lors de notre séjour, un arbre menaçant de tomber devait etre coupé pour sécuriser la piscine et l’hôtel a été très compréhensif et nous a proposé un dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée ( car nous n’avions pas pu utiliser la piscine 2 après-midi consécutives)

Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Pros:

Comfortabele en goed uitgeruste kamer. Er was ook koffie, thee en flessenwater aanwezig in het hotel. Fijn dat baggageopslag mogelijk was zonder extra toeslag. Behulpzaam personeel, ze helpen je verder met tours en als je een probleem hebt.

Cons:

De locatie was wat minder aangezien het een 15 minuten stappen van het centrum ligt. Ook de hygiëne in het hotel was niet naar behoren. Er lopen 's nachts ratten rond in de tuin. Voor mij persoonlijk had het geen belang dat de kamers niet gekuisd werden maar wat me wel tegenviel is dat de vuilbakken niet geleegd worden en het toiletpapier niet wordt aangevuld. Ook het zwembad mag af en toe gekuisd worden vind ik. Ook zijn er extreem veel muggen, maar dit is natuurlijk iets wat zij zelf niet in de hand hebben. De kamers zijn wel uitgerust met muggenramen, maar dat doet uiteraard niets als ze niet goed afsluiten.

Hôtel décevant

Malheureusement rien.

Cons:

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne correspond pas au standing annoncé.
Les photos ne sont pas conformes, les chambres sont plus petites et certains espaces extérieurs mis en avant n'existent pas. La piscine n'est pas entretenue donc elle n'est pas utilisable. L'état général de l'hôtel est vieillot et mériterait un vrai rafraichissement. Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre et beaucoup de moustiques... Si vous aimez le confort je ne vous recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Precioso hotel cerca del centro de Valladolid
Pros:

Un paraiso de paz y descanso a dos pasos del centro de Valladolid. El hotel nos encantó, es precioso y muy tranquilo gracias a su patio interior que aisla de los ruidos de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y comodas. Y punto entra, hay un gatito en el hotel.

Das Hotel ist an sich in Ordnung, es entspricht annähernd den Bildern.

Cons:

Das Personal mit der Brille war leider sehr unfreundlich, das Reinigungspersonal jedoch sehr nett. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig (nichts Ungewöhnliches in mexiko allgemein) aber trotzdem hört man andere Hotelgäste und auch Geräusche von der Straße deutlich. Für 2 Nächte war es ok. Einen Haartrockner gab es leider auch nicht.

Convenient cheap and georgeous
Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly,Eliseo and company are attentive, always making sure the property and their guest are looked after. Rooms are clean, the yard is gorgeous the pool is refreshing after a day of exploring the town and cenotes near by.

It’s basically having your own quiet room with a giant patio and pool. For being on a main road this hotel I believe is a hidden gem

Cute little and quiet place and good location to discover Valladolid by foot
Pros:

The hotel is very small and private. There aren't many rooms, so it's nice to hang out there without tons of people at the pool. The location is great, everything is walkable. Room is clean and beds are comfy. There's water to fill up your water bottle.

Cons:

The bicycles were all broken, so you can't actually rent one from the hotel directly. The staff seemed a bit bored and unattentive. I didn't have any issues to address, but they seemed bored all day.
