Good location & clean rooms

Very Friendly staff, very clean and the food was so

My second time there and I liked it again. The food and service were very good and the room was lovely. The location is a very convenient and short walk to Mother Teresa Boulevard. My one note is that the TV was very hard to work my first time there and it was again. Otherwise, great stay.

Otel iyi. Ama asansor var deniyor. Ama asansör ara katta duruyor. Katlara diret zeminden erişim yok. Yarım kat çıkıp gene arada yarım katta indiriyor. Bebek arabasıyla çok zorlandık

Clean and comfortable. The staff were great. We especially appreciated the restaurant manager and his team. The breakfast was outstanding.

It was our first time in Kosovo and we plan to come back. Highly recommended.

Otele giriş anından çıkış gününe kadar herşey çok güzeldi. Resepsiyonda çalılan arkadaşlar hem güler yüzlü hem de yardımseverdi. Aynı şekilde kat hizmetlerinde çalışan arkadaşlar da öyleydi. Tek kötü yorumum restoranda sipariş alan garson arkadaşa. Düzgün dinlemiyor oteldeki en suratsız insandı diyebilirim. O an restorandaki tek kişi bendim. Gelen fincan kırıktı eminim yoğun olmayan o saatte kırık fincan olmadan servis yapacak başka fincanları vardır ama dikkat edilmemiş.

Good hotel, conveniently located, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, good food. It’s down an old, cobblestone, semi-icky street. Also, despite efforts, TV never worked. Otherwise, a good experience and recommended.

Possibly one of the best hotels i have stayed in throughout the world. Clean, fantastic service, freshness and quality of food was amazing and also the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I will stay here again next time in Kosovo.

- liegt auf einer ruhigen und nicht immer sicher wirkenden Seitenstraße;
- Neuwertige und moderne Einrichtung;
- Auswahl des Frühstücks in Ordnung und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei (à la carte);
- Fußläufig zu zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten (5 Min. zur Sultan Murat Moschee, 5 Min. zur Einkaufsstraße “UÇK“, 10-15 Min. zum NATO-KFOR-Monument)

Negativ:
- sehr kleines Zimmer (Nr. 102)
- WC lediglich mit Schiebetür und nicht vollständig verschließbar
- keine Minibar

Location is good. Nice breakfeast options. Room was decent.

BUT .. Heavy smell of smoke in my room, despite it being a non-smoking room. Might have issues with the ventilation or enforcing the non-smoking rules. But reception did nothing even though I complained. My throat was a bit sore every morning - not recommended for anyone that are sensitive to air quality.
