Been was very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good location for cafe restaurants etc. Easy affordable tuk tuk to the river and plenty eateries.

I will go back to this hotel for my next business trip.
Pros:

Nice rooms, spacious, clean and confortable. Staff are very nice and breakfast is good with various choice of salty dishes. Menu changes every day.

Cons:

It's not possible to cast Netflix or any other streaming apps on the TVs.

Average Hotel, BEST STAFF
Pros:

This is hotel is in a great location and about your average holiday inn, however their staff members are probably the most accommodating and politeness I've ever experienced. BUNNY, THONG, HONGLY, THET, went out of their ways to insured I had the best stay. Their knowledge of the city and honesty is definitely worth a stay. I will definitely stay again.
