Très bonne hôtel, personnel très professionnel
Pros:

Climatisation fonctionnel, bon service, propreté, pas de vis à vis, café gratuit en libre service, de bonnes excursions proposés par l’hôtel, bouteille d’eau donné à chaque retour à la chambre, cadre agréable.

Cons:

Odeur d’égout dans la douche au début, simple vitrage, devoir toquer à la fenêtre le soir.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The first night we were in a room facing the street and it was very noisy, however, we were moved to a very pleasant room for the last 3 nights of our 4 night state.

We unfortunately got the tourist illness and had to stay in the hotel for a day It was comfy
Pros:

The location was great! Within walking distance to the city center.
The staff, especially a young woman was very helpful and we were
able to comunicate well.
The courtyard was a lovely green spot to sit in.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean. However in need of maintenance, the walls especially new fresh paint
The closet could have used more hangers.
For a short stay it, was ok as far as living out of our suitcases.
For 2 women more closet hangers would have made it a little nicer.

Un bon hôtel très accueillant
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé, super accueil, la réservation pour la visite des essentiels à Oaxaca avec un guide extra et le chauffeur aussi, J’ai seulement dormi une nuit et je pouvais laisser mon bagage en sécurité à l'hôtel pendant la journée de la visite et quand je suis rentrée le gardien a pris le temps de m'aider à réserver mon bus pour partir dans la soirée, il m’a appelé un taxi, bref vraiment au top tout le personnel que j'ai rencontré !
Ma chambre était très spacieuse et le litconfortable, la salle de bain aussi
Et le hall d'entrée trop classe !

La atencion del personal es buena. Es lo único que puedo rescatar

Cons:

La habitación muy ruidosa. Me dieron la habitación que daba a la calle y no pude dormir en toda la noche.

La hospitalidad oaxaqueña excelente

La atención del chico de recepción muy amable y todo el personal, el hotel es muy bonito, me encantó su jardín

En la segunda noche, nos faltó una toalla, la solicitamos y lo resolvieron
