El personal muy amable, no hablan inglés pero se esforzaron por entendernos. La ubicación excepcional, al lado del centro. La ciudad nos sorprendió gratamente, no hay casi turistas pero tiene mucha vida y es muy segura

صاحب الفنادق جدا متعاون ورائع الاستاذ ظفر حيث وصلنا متأخرين لكن ساعدنا في ايجاد فندق بنفس المواصفات التي أريدها سوف اكرر التجربة مرة أخرى معهم .

Rubbish place to stay, room was old and dated, shower didn’t work properly. Ventilation was poor. Avoid this place at all cost. THERE WERE NAILS PROTRUDING FROM THE BED

It’s very near to the City Center. The people are very friendly, and the breakfast is good.

Cons:

The WiFi is very slow. The property is in 2 different places. The breakfast is served in the City Hotel.

Pros:

I booked a hotel room at Bole Deluxe in Turkey, received a confirmation, and informed them of my arrival time, but they did not respond. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not open the door. I called the provided phone number, and they told me that all the rooms were occupied. They left us on the street.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff is quite responsive, but this does not cancel out the urgent repairs that are needed.

Cons:

Right when you enter you are greeted by the smell of tobacco, it is everywhere and in the room. Quite dirty, stains on the floor. We had to change the hotel, of course, without compensation. Everyone is misled by the high rating
