Холодильник не работает! Напитки негде было охладить. Предлагали в общем холодильнике на 1 этаже хранить продукты, когда мы на 6 заселены были. Вешалка сломалась и долго ждали, пока сделают. Одеяло было с дыркой. В душе под дверями нет защитных резинок. Вся вода растекалась по всей ванной комнате

Heerlijk luxe hotel, schoon en vriendelijk.
Pros:

Heerlijke, luxe kamer en badkamer! Heerlijk bed en een moderne, met smaak ingerichte kamer en badkamer. Alles is brandschoon. De entree en rest van het hotel ook echt luxe en vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede ligging. Twee nachten verbleven. Ontbijt niet geprobeerd.
Voor echte koffie liefhebbers is er aan de overkant van de straat een koffiebar en twee deuren verder een bakkertje.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. They also kindly helped us print our documents, which we really appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the shower was designed in a way that allowed some water to spill onto the bathroom floor. However, this was a very small issue and did not affect the overall comfort of our stay.

Was not enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance of a metro station to reach downtown.
Grocery shops & fruits shops were very close to the hotel.

Cons:

We had preordered breakfast, but the selection and food quality were very poor. The server was unprofessional, failing to open the breakfast area on time and have the food ready for early guests. Since we had early trips, we were unable to have breakfast because she could not prepare fried eggs, and the coffee was not ready. Additionally, the quality of the coffee was quite low.
