Ненадежный отель. Могут отменить бронь в одностороннем порядке в день приезда.
Pros:

Отель в целом комфортный. Девушка, работающая в ресторане очень любезна.

Cons:

Крайне не советую этот отель.
Я забронировала за 4 дня, в день заселения получила письмо в букинге, что они отменяют мою бронь (фактически бронь не отменили, чтобы не получить санкции от букинга), на почту тоже ничего не прислали, не пытались звонить. Поэтому это сообщение не увидела.
Я приехалв в 10 вечера с ребёнком одна в отель и мне говорят, что моя бронь была отменена, говорили что-то несуразное, типа букинг отсенил. Затем у них чудом находится номер, но, естественно, дороже, в целом за тот же номер я заплатила на 7 тысяч др. Больше.
Далее,
В номере было 27 градусов ночью! Отопление убавить нельзя, и это середина апреля. Персонал сказал, что они работают в зимнем режиме и убавить никак нельзя. Я открыла окна, но было ужасно шумно, спали из-за этого очень плохо.
Также:
Скудный завтрак. Почему-то даже молока к кофе нет. Каша овсяная без молока. Не очень понятен выбор. С ребёнком не очень удобно.

Очень понравился отель. Почти все идеально. Кроме шума дороги за окном. Персонал отзывчивый и приятный.
Pros:

Чисто, аккуратно, приятный персонал, хорошие номера. Есть все необходимое.

Cons:

Шум с проезжей части ночью на которую выходили окна.

Stay away from this place if you value your life.
Pros:

Nothing. I honestly don’t know where to start. Nothing made sense at this place. They screwed up my reservation and I was unable to go to my room upon arrival from a long international flight at 5am. They had me book a new reservation in the lobby that hiked my original rate of $58/night to $75/night. I then had to crash on my cousin’s couch until it was time to check in at 3pm. Upon entering the room I was met by a disgusting stench of sewage. The room was 29 Celsius, making it impossible to breathe combined with the sewage stench. A third factor was added to the extreme heat and sewage stench. It was an intense chemical based air freshener to mask the sewage stench. It was burning my eyes and my throat. Same as my family who tried to sit in the lobby to visit me but couldn’t because of this chemical smell also burning their eyes and throats. The chemical smell caused me multiple migraines. The thermostat was locked and the entire hotel was on a high level of heat causing it to be 29 Celsius in the room with the windows open on a day that was 7 Celsius outside. They said they had not yet switched their system from winter to summer mode. Each of these conditions from sewage stench to extreme heat and use of chemicals are a public health violation. My make-up and lotions had melted on the bathroom counter. Having to sleep with the windows open on a major street with heavy traffic caused my Apple Watch to give me a noise pollution and poor sleep warning. The phones in the room were not working. There was no soap. In the morning they moved me to a smaller room across the hall that didn’t have the sewage smell. By this time I was exhausted with no sleep the night before and the one before that during long flights. Shant the manager called to apologize and said the new room should be fine. I told him I’d only take it if the rate was adjusted to reflect the small room. He said let me work on that.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

If you like high temperature in your room

Cons:

Room was 27 degrees Celsius because overheating system in the whole hotel. A/C not functioning at that time of the year as I was told. Staff recommended to open the window, which did not cool down the room and added high car traffic noise in the room. Fortunately the staff brought a fan which helped a little. Not sure why they overheat the hotel like this. Please spare the planet...
Breakfast contrary to finger licking pictures displayed in the elevator which showed croissants, and pastries and a lot of optons, is actually very basic, dairies and cheeses are displayed without any cooling for hours. Jam and honey looked dry as if they had been there for centuries. Too expensive for the variety and quality offered.

Pros:

Регулярно останавливались в этом отеле последние 3 года. Так как и всегда все четко при заселении, выселении, чисто, спокойно.
Но что-то видимо прошло не так.

Cons:

1. Последние 2 заселения не работает вентиляция. В номере 30 градусов жары, не охлаждается, спать невозможно. А с открытыми окнами очень шумно, машины всю ночь ездят.
2. Не было в этот раз воды в бутылках в номере.
3. Последнее время стали просить оплатить номер заранее по ссылке, минуя букинг.
