مع إني أفضل الفنادق لكن ارتحت فيه ومريح للجلسة ونظيف جداً

Comfortable stay, but definitely not a true 5-star experience
Pros:

Our one-bedroom apartment was clean, newly renovated, and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and stove. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square, making it convenient for exploring the area.

However, I wouldn’t rate this as a 5-star property. The breakfast was very disappointing, with only scrambled eggs and a selection of biscuits. Even coffee was charged extra, which was surprising for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The reception area also didn’t feel professional, and our apartment was quite far from the reception.

Overall, I would rate it as a 3-star stay because of the great location and renovated apartment. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was poor enough that I chose not to return for it.

Cons:

The guy on the reception was not professional at all.. I booked on booking.com but he insisted to earn more 240USD because one of my children is above 7years .. and he says this is booking.com fault .. this is not professional and not accepted at all.
Also there is a lot of prostitutes in this area and it's not safe walking at night.

Excellent size, Quality and convenience for a large family. Good high quality finish and equipment- Would advise check Dryer part of washing machine and also advise team to provide utensils for cooking/ Welcome pack. Good central pack

An excellent stay with a perfect location, outstanding service, and warm hospitality—I highly recommend Garlon Residence
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Garlon Residence Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very enjoyable. The location is excellent—just a short walking distance from Taksim Square, making it very convenient to explore the city.

What really made the difference was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Hamza. He was extremely professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. His excellent service truly made my experience even better.

I highly recommend Garlon Residence Hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
