Good location, decent facilities and great cleaning staff.
Pros:

The cleaning staff Ismaeel and Guler did a great job everyday. The Washer/dryer was handy. The location was very near to Taksim square, galata Tower and main shopping area of istikhlal Caddesi.

Cons:

Firstly the pictures and the apartment were not the same. Then we the internet was down for 3 of the 6 data I was there.

hochwertiges Apartment

Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem modernen Apartment nahe dem Taksim-Platz. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral und gleichzeitig sehr gut angebunden. Direkt vor der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr guten Verbindungen, und die nächste Metrostation ist in etwa 5–6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Apartment selbst ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Der Service war durchgehend auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Ein kleiner Vorfall mit der Dusche wurde sofort und professionell behoben.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Herrn Osman, der sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war.
Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass es im Gebäude nur wenige Apartments dieses Anbieters gibt, während der Rest private Wohnungen sind – umso beeindruckender ist die Qualität und Organisation des Angebots.
Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

If you want to sleep... don't stay here
Pros:

Clean, well maintained, secure and easy to access. Good spacious room with everything in it. Not a 'hotel' per say but it was nice enough. Has onsite parking and some staff were very friendly.

Cons:

If you are wanting to sleep.... don't come here. We had 2 fire alarms (false) go off at 1am and 4am - with the latter lasting a full 45 minutes!!! on the same night we were flying. You can imagine we didn't get much sleep at all. Honestly unbelievable that there is 0 compensation for 2 nights of sleep gone as it is a hotels number 1 job to ensure the customer sleeps!!! I would have been okay if they had then at least offered some compensation for 2 nights (and thus 2 days) gone from our trip.

We had also organized a photo session for our wedding at the restaurant which i discussed with them over the phone and confirmed a few weeks before - but then when it came to it the manager (who was wearing a printed t-shirt, was he even the manager?) came and demanded to look at the photos!!! Of us??? total invasion of privacy and absolutely disgusting behavior. Completely unacceptable

After then contacting the hotel I was expecting at least some apology but nothing from them - so that concludes my experience with them

If you are expecting anything from them - I wouldn't bank on it.

Helpful staff, great location, new build.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Shout out to Orhan, Osman, Reza - they were extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is new, the location is great, if you like Taksim, and its fantastic value for money for the size of the rooms/apts.

Хубав апартамент, но ужасен и некоректен персонал. Не препоръчвам на никой!!!!
Pros:

Хубав и голям апартамент.

Cons:

Персонала беше много неподготвен. Не можаха 10 мин. да ни заведат до апартамента, защото се заблудиха с местоположението му. Паркинга не е никак удобен и тесен, също трудно може да си намериш колата , защото е подземен като лабиринт-много тесен със завой на 360 градуса.
Сбъркаха и големината на апартамента ни, дадоха ни по-малък от резервирания, допуснали грешка и след като се настанихме. След час ни смениха с по-голям, а гледката от апартамента е към задната страна на главния булевард-към стръмен квартал и е като гето, много стръмно и неприятно!!! Отделно на 01.05 имаше протести на площад Тексим и два часа и половина не можахме да стигнем до хотела, пътищата бяха затворени от полицията, а никой от хотела не се е досетил да информира-обади или пише, че достъпа ще е проблемен през целията ден. Пълни аматьори!!! Най-лошото е некоректното отношение по връщане на депозита, който беше от 300 долара или 252 евро за мен /платих в евро с карта/, възстановиха ми с 11 евро по-малко, защото банката имала такса и да се обърна към нея да ми ги покриват, така ми отговориха със съобщение след 10 дни, но коя банка не се знае!!! Ако са казали, че таксата ще е за моя сметка е логично да бъда ощетен, но аз като си платих депозита не съм ги ощетявал. Хотела не иска да ми въстанови тази малка сума. Това са толкова некоректни хора, не препоръчвам на никой този хотел. Дано фалират и да ги закрият!!!!!
