Новые апартаменты, расположение удобное. Кровать, матрасы удобные.

Cons:

Плохо сливалась вода в раковине санузла , мы оповестили администраторов , но за 3 дня так и не устранили засор . Бронировали на 3-х персон, по приезду поздно ночью , на третьего человека спальное место не было готово и не было белья.Правда , после звонка принесли . А также учтите , что берут залог ( у нас взяли 300 $ ) , вернули при выселении.

Everything was good, the staff were nice, the ladies that cleaned our apartment,İpek Can (Guest Relations Officer) that phoned us every day and asked if we need anything, also Mohammed in reception was very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property is run by people who target tourists using dishonest tactics. We arrived at 10:00 PM in the freezing cold with women and children, and they immediately began a scam.

The "VPN Trap" & Extortion:
Despite our booking clearly showing a 3-person capacity per apartment, the staff claimed it was only for 1 adult. Because Booking.com is blocked in Turkey, they knew we couldn't easily access the app to show them the proof or contact support without a VPN. They told us "fixing it with Booking.com takes too long because you need a VPN," and forced us to pay €40 extra per person in cash just to get out of the cold.

Dishonest Paperwork:
When we paid the extra money, they refused to give us an official receipt or an invoice with a company stamp. They only gave us a handwritten note on a plain piece of paper. This is a clear sign of tax evasion and "under-the-table" charging.

Real-Time Price Manipulation:
The next morning, it was snowing, and we tried to extend our stay. We saw the price on Booking.com was $65. The man behind the counter told us our "browser was wrong" and told us to refresh the page. As we watched, he manually changed the price on his end so that when we refreshed, the price jumped up. Total manipulation.

Fake Reviews Warning:
The rooms were dirty and freezing cold upon arrival. Do not believe the high ratings here. They have a woman on-site whose job is to pressure guests into giving 5-star reviews. She actually asks for the guest’s phone or laptop to write the review herself.

Summary: They used the cold weather and the local internet restrictions to hold our family hostage for more money. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and predatory. Go somewhere else.

EXCELENT
Pros:

Excellent stay! The location is unbeatable, in a central area, close to the city's cultural, commercial, and gastronomic heart. The rooms are truly comfortable, spacious, and exquisitely designed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is very clean and large. We would like to highlight the reception staff, and especially mention Mehmet, Erim, and Osmen, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and helped us with everything. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Только персонал!!! На рецепшен, и сопровождающий парень Умут.

Cons:

При бронировании не была указанна информация о большом (огромном) депозите в 300$. Мне дали подписать бумаги, и только потом потребовали этот депозит. О котором заранее мне букинг не сообщил.

Very Good Stay – Excellent Location and Clean, Well-Equipped Flat (4/5)
Pros:

• Excellent central location – just a few minutes’ walk to Istiklal Street
• Surprisingly quiet despite being in the city centre
• Buses directly in front of the residence
• Small supermarket nearby for daily essentials
• Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained flat
• Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, pans, dishes and cutlery
• Microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, full-size fridge freezer
• Two flat-screen TVs and a balcony
• Plenty of storage space
• Outstanding daily cleaning service – Ali and the cleaning team were excellent
• Staff generally responsive to messages and calls
• Muhammad at reception was very helpful with luggage and assistance

Cons:

• The flat was not ready at check-in time
• The initial reception interaction could have been more welcoming
• Internet did not work during the first 24 hours

However, after raising these concerns, the staff apologised, offered drinks and fruit while I waited, and resolved the internet issue by providing a separate device. The follow-up handling was professional.

On the bright side, the reception staff were friendly, and the location was convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Taksim Square, with easy tram access to Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, and Galata Tower.

Cons:

I booked for three guests and requested extra bed linen in advance. When we checked in late in the evening, there was no extra linen provided. I had to ask again, and after waiting over 30 minutes, I went to reception myself to get it.

Another drawback is that the apartment lacked basic essentials. There were no salt, olive oil, dishwasher tablets, or dish soap—despite having a kitchen. There was also no standard coffee machine, just a traditional Turkish teapot. Daily cleaning was minimal—towels were simply rearranged, and the floors were never vacuumed. The carpet stayed dirty, and the bathroom mat was missing throughout the stay.

Ok but could be better.
Pros:

It was clean and had everything we needed during the stay. Close to shops and food stores as well as transport. There’s a taxi stand and bus stop right outside. Also a laundromat close by.

Cons:

The washing machine worked but the dryer never seemed to dry clothes. We had to hang it around the room. We were told the rooms are cleaned daily but we never received a daily clean and had to catch the cleaners and ask them to take/bring clean towels. We were told any issues to contact via WhatsApp but had to go in person to the desk to get assistance actioned. Room looked bigger in pictures but it was smaller. We had to pay an additional $400 for two extra adults. I made an error as there were two bookings. The first one was cancelled but the second one I rushed and didn’t check that I booked for 2 adults instead of 4. When I booked for 4 it was approx. $500 for the booking. We paid $600 for the confirmed booking then had to pay an additional $400 so all up $1000 so make sure you book correctly and double check all details. Also be prepared to pay 300 euro refundable bond at check-in. We also had an incident where we were just conversing during dinner - no music and no tv was on and it was 7:30PM and we got told to keep it down because we were disturbing other guests.
