Appart hotel near Taxim and close to Istiklal street with good restaraunt and great roof terrace with beautiful view. Reception team of Emre, Rezon and Osnan was helpfull.

The loction

Cons:

The level of noise around the property was extremely disturbing, especially during the night. This issue was further aggravated by the fact that the room, which was advertised as air-conditioned, was not functioning as such.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the system operates on a central heating mode and cannot be switched to cooling. As a result, I was forced to open the windows to allow some air circulation. Unfortunately, this exposed the room to significant external noise from the street and surrounding neighborhood, making it very difficult to sleep.

I raised this concern with the management during my stay; however, no corrective action or suitable alternative was provided.

Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and significantly impacted the quality of my stay

Die nähe an Taksim Platz(10 Minuten zu Fuß) und somit an das Metro wo mann in wenigen Minuten Richtung Sultanahmet ist!

Cons:

Die Wohnung hat eine Küche die ich vergleiche wie eine Ferrari ohne Benzin. Verfügt gerade so über eine Schublade mit Besteck, 3-4 Kleine Töpfe, 3 Gläser und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Dafür fehlt alles anderes Start Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeee , The, Zucker, Pfeffer und sogar spüli, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Lappen für trockenen und Wisch Sachen.

Επιλέγονταν ένα κατάλυμα 5 αστέρων περιμένω κάποιες βασικές παροχές ,προϊόντα μπάνιου κ καλό πρωινό καθώς είδα σε φωτό του ξενοδοχείο ότι υπήρχε μπουφές.
Ήταν όλα ανύπαρκτα,το πρωινό απαράδεκτο,μας έφεραν δυο πιατάκια για 3 άτομα ,θα βάλω φωτό.Οταν διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε ότι είδαμε φωτο τις κατέβασαν απ την σελίδα τους λέγοντας ότι δεν υπάρχει μπουφές.Απατη παντού !
Προσοχή στην κράτησή σας διότι άλλο ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται στις φωτό κ αλλού μας πήγαν ,δυο στενά πίσω σε ένα κατώτερο κ για το πρωινό έπρεπε ν πάμε σε άλλο κτήριο .Προτεινω σοβαρά το ξενοδοχείο να περάσει επανέλεγχο για να αποδείξει αν αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια

Buena opción para familias
Pros:

En primer lugar hay que valorar que es un muy lindo complejo, con seguridad y fácil acceso. Cerca de la avenida principal, Istikal. Cuenta con lavarropas, anafe, horno, heladera. dos baños, uno en suite con ducha y el otro sin. ambos están muy bien. El personal fue sumamente atento, dando un excelente servicio. Tiene recepción 24hrs y esto facilita el check out si es en la madrugada. Los sofás cama son cómodos. Te cambian toallas todos los días, y te dejan agua. Se nota que el alojamiento tiene buena calidad.

Cons:

La cama era incómoda, se notaba que el colchón precisa ser cambiado. Si bien lo cambiaron, no mejoró mucho. Los artículos de cocina que dejan son justos, faltaría alguna olla más, por ejemplo. Cuando llegamos vimos la alfombra de la sala principal muy sucia y la sacamos. LUego ellos la vieron doblada y llevaron para limpiar y la cambiaron. Eso es bueno, pero estaban muy sucias. igual la del dormitorio, esa estaba sucia. Si bien no es grave, para la calidad que tiene el edificio no sorresponde esos detalles.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to help. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location is perfect—everything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
