Прекрасное расположение, мы жили в GR2. Очень тихо в апартаментах, улицу не слышно. Автобусная остановка очень близко, метро метров 300. Номер убирали каждый день. Есть доставка еды в номер. Wi-Fi работал прекрасно. Персонал замечательный.

I did not use the breakfast because it is in a different building than where I was staying.
The hotel consists of several buildings, some of which are undergoing construction work, which can be disruptive during your stay. During my stay, there was no hot water one day from the afternoon until the next day. The Wi-Fi was very slow and the signal was very weak, almost none in some parts of the room. At night, I also had a security guard move around the hotel area under the windows, talking on the phone very loudly and for a long time, which disturbed my sleep. The staff did not speak Spanish. I would also like to point out the deposit of approximately €200. In my case, I was not refunded the full amount, allegedly due to damage to the plastic handle of the kettle, which I do not agree with. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.
The hotel is rather average. The biggest problem was when I was leaving, when I was waiting for a transfer to the airport and I was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a dispute at the reception.
I was not refunded my entire deposit. The hotel withheld €50 for allegedly damaging the plastic handle of the kettle, see photo. According to the hotel, the kettle is no longer usable because of this, which I do not agree with. The most humiliating thing for me was that I did not damage this plastic part, according to my belief, but in the given situation I had no way of proving it.
I do not consider the behavior of the staff during departure and during the resolution of this dispute to be professional. The manager, who was called to the reception, directly told me that it was not her problem that I did not speak English, even though I tried to explain everything through a translator.
The same woman had already asked me inappropriate questions upon arrival, in my opinion, such as how it was possible that I was staying alone and where the other person was. I had the feeling that they suspected me of having someone else traveling with me.
Average hotel, the staff's behavior significantly worsened my overall impression.

النظافة مميزة، والتنظيف يومي مع توفير كميات كبيرة من المياه،،
الطاقم بالكامل متعاون واخص بالذكر Emrullah وايضا Osman والجميع، حيث تم وضع مودم خاص للانترنت في الشقة لوجود مشكلة من اول يوم، وتأخير موعد الخروج في آخر يوم.

Удобный номер, хорошая постель, тепло, чисто, убирали каждый день, оставляли воду. Расположение близко к улице Истикляль, на Набережную 5 остановок на автобусе. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал на стойке, при наличии мест заселяют раньше. Удобная кухня и современное жилье. Интернет на телефоне работал отлично.
Слабый интернет для ТВ при подключении (долго думает, потом работает хорошо).
