While it was convient it sucked not having a TV.
Pros:

It is in a good location.

Cons:

I drove over 2 hours to get to the property. When I got the hotel I was looking forward to relaxing but the TV was know working and the attendant working admitted that it was know before hand. So no tv for us.

Pros:

There was no breakfast. Very disappointing.

Cons:

*Day 1 the room was too hot. We got in around 6:30 pm. It took over 24 hours to cool off the room. Also stepping off the elevator felt like we were in a sauna on the 5th floor.
* Both mornings we were jolted awake as the smoke alarm went off for no reason before 6-7 am both days!!!
* The shower leaked all over the floor making it slippery even with a towel down.
* Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. No privacy or sound barrier.
*The pillows are awful. No neck support.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay hanging out in the lobby area and outside patio.

Cons:

When we first arrived the water was off due to repairs but the work was done within a couple of hours.

Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was inconvenient not having any rooms on the main floor; all rooms were accessible by elevator or stairs. Also, I would have liked to have a microwave in my room.

The hotel was not the best
Pros:

Once you get there the staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Room were nice and clean but small

Cons:

I had trouble contacting the hotel and I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk to let them know I needed a late check because my event was an hour away. So I had to drive all the way to the hotel so I could communicate with the hotel but the front desk did waive the early check fee for me. The hotel also had problems with the pool so we couldn’t go swimming that was the main reason I booked the this hotel so that was another setback.
