Excellent value for money
Pros:

Central location , superb rooms , very helpful staff who immediately found the items I had forgotten to pack before I left the premises.

Cons:

The restaurant out of season was almost empty and I should not have attempted the pizza. Stick to the Vietnamese choices.

Elegant but a bit rough around the edges for a 5 star
Pros:

The room size was impressive.
The balcony and view were good too

Cons:

The breakfast looked better than it actually is. Lots of food that should have been hot was left to be cold. This was especially the case with the European options. Gym was a bit tired as were some of the details that you expect to be better in a 5 star hotel

Needs repairs to get 5 stars level

Near sunworld park HALONG BAY
Near shops restaurants etc.

Cons:

Upon arrival= me and my wife got welcome drinks. Glass of my wife was dirty . She left the drink
Our room was NOT cool enough. I tried to reduce temperature. But didn't succeed. I called maintenance. A technician came up. But= he didn't managed. He told me in 45 minutes it will be cooler. But nothing happened.
AFTER 10 hours it got Warmer !
Was NOT easy to sleep. Guests can NOT control their room temperature.
